Services
At Yellow Dog Veterinary Clinic, we are committed to providing your pet with compassionate veterinary care while providing you with tactful, professional customer service. See below for information about our team, and let us know if you have any questions. She brings over 13 years of experience working in the veterinary field, from working in an emergency/referral practice to general practice.
At Yellow Dog Veterinary Clinic, we know pets aren't just companions; they're beloved family members, so they deserve the very best care possible. That's why we place such a strong emphasis on preventative pet care. We want your furry friend to live a very long, happy, and disease-free life. To accomplish that goal, your pet will need to receive regular cat and dog vaccinations.
Pets are part of the family, and like the other members of your family, they deserve the best possible health care. At Yellow Dog Veterinary Clinic, we place a strong emphasis on preventive care, which we believe begins with routine comprehensive wellness exams. There are a number of health conditions that can affect a pet's quality of life, from allergies to diseases to obesity, and it's our goal to prevent them.
Wouldn't it be nice if pets could brush their OWN teeth? Since that's obviously not possible, it's up to their owners and veterinarians to maintain their oral health for them to prevent oral infections like gum disease. Gum disease affects more than 60% of all dogs and cats over the age of 3, and if left untreated, it can be a fatal condition.
Just hearing the word spoken about your pet can be startling, but it certainly doesn't have to be. That's because Yellow Dog Veterinary Clinic takes all the required precautions to ensure that our patients are well-cared for during dog and cat surgery. For your convenience, we perform most routine and non-routine surgeries in-house.

My pup of 12yrs took a turn in July - stopped eating, but having un-normal bowel movements. Took him to YD - they performed blood work thst revealed very high liver and kidney values. Dr. Spencer, who caring and wonderful, put him on s regimine of steroid and Jeter has shown remarkable improvement to now. His behavior still seems normal, unfortunately this week his bowels started up again, Karly got me in that day - Dr Spencer took blood and the results were nor good. His liver is starting to fail. Dr Spencer is compassionate and gave me clues to watch for if the end is near. It breaks my heartbthat

We have been seeing Dr. Stanley since our dog was a puppy. He is amazing…he never makes us feel that we need to pay for extra services/treatments. The front desk staff is phenomenal and Kim who does our grooming is superb!! We love our YellowDog Team!!!

I was looking for a vet that would let me come in with my dogs. On a recommendation I picked Yellow Dog and I couldn’t be happier. They explained so much and asked heartfelt questions for my 17 yr old that they were seeing for the first time. You can tell by their actions that everyone there truly loves animals that it’s not just a job for them. The icing on the cake was when I went to check out and their prices were so reasonable. #loveyellowdog

We love Yellow Dog! We got our mini australian shepherd Fiona at 3 months and was upset with how she was handled before we adopted her. Everyone at Yellow Dog truly cares for our baby girl. She has a sensitive tummy so we have been seen about 3 times for that, all vaccinations, and her spay procedure were all done here. We just took her this morning for her first groom (she’s now 10 months and a very anxious girl) so naturally we were afraid. They reassured us and when we picked her up, they told us everything they did and how she reacted. Fiona looks SO pretty and smells amazing. Plus we love

After about a year of taking our dog Max to Yellow Dog, I’ve had enough. The vet techs are nice and the two female vets are good, but the head vet is awful.
We brought our dog in because we suspected an ear infection. I left a message Monday morning and no one called me back. I called a second time on Tuesday afternoon. At the appointment the vet… said “his ears are filthy. Clean them and put these drops in them.” (We clean our dog’s ears each week.)
Every other vet I’ve ever been to would have cleaned Max’s ears and been more kind & attentive. Seems

My babies all go to Dr. Stanley and I have never been disappointed! This doctor is fantastic, does not over charge and gives it to you straight. I love the staff as well! Misty is such a doll she always greets me by name and my babies by name too. This place has been a lifesaver and I hope everyone with any fur babies issues or concerns takes them to yellow dog. Thanks so much guys! I can’t thank you enough!
