This is an addendum to my June 25 2019 review. Yesterday I had my second experience with KJD Plumbing when the owner, Joe Dixon, came to our home to install the replacement parts shipped to us by Moen (the faucet's manufacturer) to repair the hot water handle on the faucet in our bathroom sink (the handle had tightened up and was very difficult to turn on and off). I'm still very satisfied with KJD Plumbing. When Joe attempted to install the new Moen parts, he discovered they had shipped us the wrong ones. The Monday of Thanksgiving I called KJD plumbing to set up an appointment because my hot water heater was making loud whistling noises. The only time they had available was for Friday, 4 days later. I scheduled the appointment, hoping my water heater wouldn't blow up before they came. Friday morning I get a phone call from KJD saying they have to cancel my appointment because one of their repeat customers needed them. So I waited 4 days, and they canceled my appointment for another customer who called them Friday morning. This business is very unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend them, they
