Let me begin with saying that Amber and Aya i believe.... maybe Maya something like that both checked us in on Dec 1st for a 1 week stay and they were outstanding, the way the worked got along and overall helped people was nice. They both answered all of my questions and were amazing help. The pool was actually heated and the rooms were perfect we had the bunk beds for our children and requested a crib which I expected a pack and play and it ended up being an actual small portable crib. Our entire stay everyone was nice and parking was a bit of a pain but doable..... with the garage parking downstairs

We are a family of 5 and got the room with a king bed, a bunk bed and a pull out sofa. It was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet is decent and not all nasty. Beds are comfortable. Even the pull out sofa. Noise level was pretty average for a hotel. You're going to have noise at any hotel. It's what it is. There are a few maintenance type things that stood out in our room. The bathroom door had been painted over so much that it was difficult to close and open. The bathroom was in need of a little freshening up. It was clean, just had some glaring problem areas that need fixed. I've stayed

Great place. Clean rooms. Not THE nicest plane we've ever stayed, but we were comfortable and safe. Breakfast is not grab and go anymore. They had cold cereal, boiled eggs, a kind of lightly spicy potato, toast, fruit, etc. Less than 10 min walk to Disneyland.

Old but the room was ok. It was nice walking across the street to the Toy Store parking lot to grab the shuttle to Disneyland. The only complaints would be 1) you can hear the people above stomping while walking. 2) Breakfast was not that good. 3) the water pressure was low.

Super, super comfy beds. Room was decently sized. Shower faucet was a bit touchy in that very small movement resulted in the difference between warm and scalding hot water. The biggest downside was that the breakfast was adequate at best but boring. The same spicy country type potatoes, very hardboiled eggs, toast, muffins that had been obviously previously frozen, fruit, and cereals. I wish they would have offered yogurts or cooked eggs and maybe sausage like they have in years past. But the beds, oh the beds. We melted into those beds each night and slept soundly.

Price is great for being close to disney. Not enough parking unfortunately. The room was clean, the bathroom was good. The service was nice. The breakfast included was also nice to have, but nothing special. Overall, well worth the price vs other hotels

Stayed here while me and my family took a Disney trip. The place was very gross basically an upgraded motel 6. There was no outlets close to the beds and we requested queen beds for our family and where graced with FULL?? Made it very clear there where quite a few of us. There where random stains on the sheets and I called to request a playpen to lay my daughter in to make more room for us when we got to the room and was told rudely room service closes at 11 nothing he can do.. but the icing on the cake was the fact our room was tucked in the corner facing the wall couldn't tell if it was

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The guy at the front desk wouldn't tell us that there would be no housekeeping services during our stay due to the pandemic. The Night Shift guy Berlito said we could park in a No parking space and wouldn't tell us we could get ticketed for illegal parking.

Chose this hotel with Disneyland tickets. Had to book another hotel the first night. Absolutely no parking! The room is dirty and outdated. It's like they never vacuum the floor. I was not comfortable at all

When my child was excited to jump in the bunk bed the sheets had red splatter on it. Can't tell what it was

You tell me?

No maid service. What? We had to make our own beds and call for fresh linens. The one time we called we had to make 3 calls before we saw the towels we requested, No trash pick up. You have to haul your own trash out. Microwave wasn't working. Freezer didn't freeze. While staying in during a rain shower, "No signal on the TV" for 6 hours. parking is a pain in the butt. We didn't even stay the final night, we booked it home! Beds were super uncomfortable. Run and run quickly.

Terrible hotel. This is a run down motel. The walls are so thin you can hear every family coming into their room at all times of the night and their conversations. The pipes are so noisy you can hear whenever someone takes a shower above or around you. The room was spacious but tell me why the rooms only have 2 outlets to plug your devices in?? Also when we decided to rest our first night our sheet had blood on it!! Would not stay again very disappointed

We stayed here for two nights on a Thursday and Friday evening while visiting Disneyland. This was a "Disneyland partner" hotel we were give through Disney after we had to change our reservation at Disney's Paradise Pier due a family member having COVID, and we had to postpone. All other Disney hotels were booked.

This hotel is the equivalent of an overpriced Motel 6. The room smelled to begin with. On our first night, we requested extra hand towels and were brought a few wash cloths. Then, as we were falling asleep around 10:30pm, a hotel employee knocked and handed us four bath

Hotel is old and the rooms are very dirty. The carpet was damp wet and sticky when you walked on it. The front office was very clean and updated, they need to update the rooms. The sheets were stained and didn't smell clean. The free breakfast was 2 types of cereal, and white bread.. not much. The only good thing about this hotel is, it's very close to the Toy story parking lot for Disney. I wouldn't stay here again.

The only plus side of this hotel was the distance it is from Disneyland. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $60 to stay at the Hyatt place next door. The wall paper is lifting off the wall, the bathroom walls and floors were disgusting, not to mention the bedroom floor didn't even look like it was vacuumed before we got there, there were open holes in the wall with spider webs inside. The list goes on and on, we learned our lesson from this stay, never again.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was close to Disney which was nice but I would never stay here again. We asked multiple times to have our garbage taken out and they said they would send someone up right away. We ended up just leaving garbage outside our door. The key cards hardly work. You can hear EVERYTHING. There were bugs coming from our sink. Parking was not good.

Family and I came for a vacation for 4 days, arrived on a Thursday and left on Sunday. Arrival and check in was smooth and easy, the staff was nice as well. Parking is hard due to small lot but luckily my family and I didn't use our vehicle because everything we desired was walking distance so we got a spot and didn't move. For those arriving on a Friday/Saturday will face more challenges as it is busier, so less parking. Hotel room was nice, very spacious and exactly what we needed. We stayed in a room with the bunk beds which was perfect. The 1 CON we faced was our hats were stolen from our room

We stayed at the Cortona for 2 nights and had a decent experience. First, the benefits of staying here: the price isn't too bad. It's just up the street from Disney-- you can even walk there from the hotel. If you're looking for convenience, this is it. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed-- fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer.

Now for the cons. The photos of this place were kind of deceiving. Don't be fooled-- this is a motel. It was one of the better motels I've been to though. The keys also hardly worked. I

After all the bad reviews I saw online I was super skeptical and afraid to stay here. Turns out those were probably just bad experiences but mine personally was really good! Their shampoo/conditioning supply smells amazing, their mattresses are brand new (I checked) & felt so comfortable, i slept like a baby. Overall nice!

Omg cockroaches! My husband saw one on someone's curtain- he thought maybe they were living in the room. Found a dead one on the stair case a few minutes ago and a live one in our room a minute ago!

I've stayed at many janky hotels on harbour blvd and have never EVER experienced roaches in the room. This place seemed okay. I was confused about the hidden resort fee because why? The cleaners don't come and clean at all. Not even to drop off new towels. Or pick up trash. I understand COVID is going on but something when we are out of the room would be nice. Considering there are roaches. Found 2 and they were huge. I was afraid of bringing them home with us so I left my bags in the garage. Well...seems one did get away it is not pictured below.

Hotel: decent, had dust moth on window curtains, bed was kind of dirty. My friend found hair strains on her bed. The shower drain was not cleaned, had white plastic pieces on the drain. The room was so humid, I had to blast the AC every time I went back to the room.

Breakfast: due to covid, it's just granola, yogurt, muffin, orange juice provided in a paper bag.

During my last night stay, there were some people screaming so loud as if they were fighting. And I heard couple kids screaming in high pitch scream which startled me.

Parking space is horrible, if you return at night, there

First, I have to say that this hotel was such a great experience and that they turned a not-so-good night into a fantastic one!

My group and I were visiting to celebrate my Bachelorette party at Disneyland. We first started at a different hotel that was not cleaned and had poor management. It was the worst experience. The pool was broken, the room was a disaster, the management kept showing us new rooms that weren't any better. We decide to leave to find a better hotel, and that is exactly what we did. We regretted not booking Cortona first!
