Received a response to my email inquiring about services the same day. Appreciated the coordination and explanation of legal assistance needed. Consult was so helpful on two very important matters. Once retained paperwork was received promptly and meetings set up according to our comfort level and need via Zoom and then in person to sign documents. Very respectful and professional.

Ms Mortel was very helpful to me and my husband in putting our estate plans together. She is detail oriented, and easy to work with. She met with us several times via zoom and teleconference during COVID-19 to discuss the details of our estate plans. The signing at her office went smoothly because of all the work that was put into the case up to that point.

We went to Mortel Law on the referral of a friend to get our wills and other estate planning documents prepared. Jennifer and her staff were fantastic. My husband and I used Jennifer for our estate planning work. We had never done it before so the entire process was new to us. It happened during the beginning of the pandemic, so everything was virtual (until we needed to actually sign everything). We have a few meetings virtually (2 or 3) and she sent us a questionnaire to fill out ahead of time, as well as documents as she worked on them. She worked hard to align everything with what we asked for and to our situation and clarified things well for us. She honestly made this seemingly big task very easy! To do it all (mostly) virtual made scheduling

I would highly recommend this company. I had a Will put together and the services were very professional. All services were explained in detail and communication was excellent. Jennifer clarified all points via a phone conversation once the Will was drafted, and was very thorough in going over the details at the signing. Due to Covid, Mortel Law put precautions in place and completed the services via email, phone conversation and signing outside (table set up at the business).
