Working for several different companies over the years and tired of seeing customers being taken advantage of, Paul and Cindy decided to go into business for themselves, and that's exactly what they did.
They began servicing Moreno Valley and the surrounding areas in early 2001 and have grown with service trucks stationed all over the Inland Empire. Their daughter Megan began working for the company in 2005 and has risen to the office manager position.

From my first call for service request Design Air was amazing. April was wonderful answered all my questions & so friendly. She was very helpful & flexible in scheduling my appointment. I live in a remote area & she helped me arrange meeting time with technician. Beyond that Paul was wonderful! I live off grid with both propane wall heater &… tankless water heater both so old, parts no longer available. Paul did his best to find replacement part for heater. He sent me quotes for replacing both appliances, very reasonable & prompt. So grateful for finding this company

Last night our AC was blowing hot air. I called Design Air to make an appointment and was slotted at 11am to 1pm. Paul came in early and I explained to him the issue. He already knew the problem. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
Paul was very professional and explained everything to me. He even checked a couple of vents in the house to make sure there was airflow.
It gives me a piece of mind that I have a go-to company I can trust when I have issues in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything has been awesome so far!!!
A brand new 5-Ton Trane unit was just put in outside this morning with an all new furnace and other equipment in the attic...and it is SO QUIET compared to the old unit.
Fast...they were in and out in 2.5 hours and this place is now COLD.

Our 40+ year old home had original ductwork that we wanted (needed) to replace. We initially called a few businesses to get some quotes, but Design Air left us impressed with their quick response and straight forward communication. Paul and his family came into our home and changed it for the better--they removed and replaced the old gross ducts, replaced the old vent covers, replaced our thermostat, and even checked our heater and AC unit (which needed some parts replaced)--in under 2 hours!! All this for an affordable price and a maintenance contract that we are happy with. We definitely are

I saw an ad in the Sunday Press-Enterprise for The Quiet Cool Fan System and decided to get a quote from Design Air. I appreciated that they wanted to come out to my home to provide me a quote. The other company did everything over the phone. I was not comfortable with a company that only gave a quote over the phone. I am so glad i got to meet Paul and he explained to me that what the other company had wanted to sell me was way too much for my house. My HVAC had not been working properly for a while and when I had some money I decided to find a company to fix my problem. I went with Design Air because I first liked their website and also because when I first called in they answered the phone and was very professional and I liked that they were able to get someone out on the same day to look at the problem. Leo came and when I explained the problem he saw the unit and knew exactly what that problem was and how to fix it. He had to order a new circuit board and told me he can get it first thing in the morning and he came back out and installed

Design Air came in to replace my entire air conditioning unit & furnace in June. Paul and his staff were very professional. They installed and finished in half a day. I was very pleased with their work. I love my air conditioning unit it works like a charm. Works as it's supposed to and it's super quiet inside & out. I'm sure I will enjoy the heater this winter as well. They are available if you run into any problems. Their staff will page them (Paul) and you can be sure to expect a call back right away.
