Jeff, the technician that worked on our AC was an absolute pro. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with our unit quickly and explained the steps that he would be performing to fix it. He brought an absolute dud of a machine back to life. Would give 50 stars if I could. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had everything finished even quicker than estimated.

This company is GREAT!! Called when our a/c quit working. Marjorie got a tech out quickly. They gave us an option to repair or replace. Since our unit was over 20yrs we opted for a new unit. They got a new unit in the next day. What we didn't know, nor would we have ever known since the unit is up on the roof, the new unit had a dent in it. I was right out of surgery and they knew I needed a/c. They called us back a week later and told us they needed to replace the unit. They went to the trouble to hook up the dented one to get us by until they got a replacement. We wouldn't have ever

I have used Control Temp for many years. John Kimm the owner is an expert in heating and air.The employees are great guys.They do a good job at a fair price.
I own a real estate company in town.Clients of mine had their AC go out this week when the temperature was 116 degrees. John Kimm the owner went to their house on a Saturdayto fix it. Great locally owned company, fair prices and nice employees.

Review update - Control Temp has been annually servicing my a/c for quite a few years, but when it showed signs of giving up, it was time to shop for a more efficient and energy saving hvac system. Seven companies gave quotes, and I found Control Temp's quote to be very competitive for an upgraded system. John worked with me to get just the kind of thermostat I wanted and recommended a modification of the ducting to get more air flowing to a room that really heats up in summer. Jeff, Justin, and Shawn worked professionally and diligently all day to remove the old system from the attic

I just moved to Redlands from L.A. and my furnace needed replacement in my new home. I am so impressed with the high caliber of customer service this company has. They came to my house and these guys know exactly and with accuracy what the problem is. They were here on time and worked very professional. They installed the new furnace in my house and showed me step by step the process. eventually, they were very patient with me and very very friendly.
I am sold with this company. I will not use any other company because as a new resident, I had another company the week before and they were clueless

Just wanted to get this positive review out in the public arena. I have used Control Temp twice on 2 different systems and have been very happy. It's important to let you know about my first contact with them in 2012 when I had them come look at my AC in a home. I had another company previously come out and charge 75 dollars to tell me they weren't exactly sure what was wrong and they would have to have another tech come out. I had no idea who installed the unit but then I called control temp and once John had looked at it after 5 seconds, he said " this unit was installed by us

This company definitely earned it's name, control temp, and the all 5 star ratings. Our house is comfortable year round now. Our heater motor went out last year and they were recommended to us. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough. They came last month for the annual check our heating and A/C equipment service call. Found our A/C was losing Freon (old system) and we needed a new thermostat. They replaced both and our A/C works better than it ever has. No pressure to buy new A/C system, just great service and good information. A/C is old and will probably need to be

Control Temp helped with my my old 120 year old house! It has horrid heating and cooling, and they were able to give me a specific two zoned heater and cooler that has helped make it Much better! I researched the products they used and its all top of the line with super high efficiency! None of that older stuff. The thermostats they used were wireless ones and you are able to take them and move them with no wires, which is neat. The compressor outside was also much quieter then the older ones we had out there. I was excited they also could match the look of an old house using old grates and grills
