I had a great experience here! I had a 60 minute reflexology appointment and it really helped relieve some tight areas while also feeling good--I have a severe neuromuscular disease, so having someone skilled who applies the right amount of pressure makes a big impact on my mobility and pain relief. I've been getting reflexology for over 10 years, and I'd rate this place toward the top...friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and left feeling much better than when I entered!

This is a great experience for the price. My feet have been killing me at work and I loved the combo foot/full body massage for the best price on the east side. My husband and I had a couples massage at my second appointment and he loved it. There is nowhere else you get this price for the time and effort they spend. It’s not a high class spa experience but it’s still relaxing and the staff is very kind. I love the hot rocks at the end and the face massage at the beginning. Definitely coming back!

I havent been able to get onto my massage therapist and just started going here. So far I've gotten same day bookings and excellent massages. I took a friend the last time and now she is in love with the spa. We will be back

I tried the couple massage and this was not the place I should have gone. The main thing I look for in getting a massage is having a good energy throughout it. It's impossible to accomplish this when you have the most depressing individuals doing it. Any and all front end people must learn to create a positive energy. I think everyone else said enough about the demanding tips. How about this. You get paid based on your quality of service.

Great massage- I agree, the demanding tips is awkward. But, running a small business is tough and most people live off cash tips so I get it. Worth the pushy tip requests in my opinion. 6 star reflexology!!

My wife and I paid for the couple package massage. Mine was kind of just ok but my wife’s experience was terrible, the lady that provided her massage service was answering the phone calls at the same time of the session , so during the whole massage session she spent more time answering calls than providing the massage services, also every time that someone walked in, she left the massage session to go and attend the customers, summary in a 1.5 hours she just stayed like 30 to 40 minutes with us.At the end of the massage the lady was soooooo pushy to get tips, she charged me 20 dlls tip. TERRIBLE

My sister and I decided last minute on a Saturday evening we should call around to book a massage. We called this place and they offered us an appointment within thirty minutes. When we arrived the process was quick, the employee who checked us in was kind in explaining our options since it was our first time here. The massage was AMAZING! The atmosphere in the massage area was peaceful and comfortable. The rates are great for all options. We will definitely return for future massages.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All of the negative reviews are true. The employees were answering calls and leaving during the massage. I found myself just waiting for it to be over the entire time that I was there. I left with more pain than I came in with. The employees were extremely unprofessional and forcefully solicited tips at the end of the “massage”. I would not wish this torture upon my worst enemies. Save your time and body and spend the extra money to go elsewhere for a real massage. This place is flat out horrible, any positive review simply cannot be true

Hi Amy, thanks for reaching out. I went there around 4-4:30pm last May 26th. She was an older lady and was very rude over the phone and in person. I wanted a 90 minute massage and she looked shocked seems like doesn't want to do it. Then when she starts massaging seems like she's not well trained therapist. Ive been to multiple massage place but her overall service was just bad. Customer service and doing the massage wise. Then after 60mins she stopped said it's done and i told her i wanted a 90mins she said that she cannot and I couldnt hear what she was saying after. Super disappointed

I have been getting massages for over 30 years and I am never disappointed with my experience at Bliss. I see whoever is available and always have a thorough, satisfying massage. The private table massage includes hot stones at no upcharge (other places typically charge $25 extra). Services and pricing are well laid out on their website and at the location. They have increased their rates, but are still well below what other places charge.

Very disappointed with this place. The woman I spoke over the phone is the same person who did my massage. Her service was very bad and she looks she hates what she’s doing. When I’m about to pay (cash) she’s asked if the change is for her as her tip. I just said yes! But omg! Please save yourself from coming here. I’m saddened that’s how I got treated.

This place is reasonably priced.and gives a killer massage. Please give them a try! I don't have much else to say. Solid place and always reliable.

I hadn't been in for a while but I had tight muscles in my neck and shoulder and I got a pressure point massage due to the pain. Soon after the tension released. Good result.

We moved to the area and my hubby bought me a gift certificate to Bliss Spa.
Firstly there was a huge language barrier as I do not speak Chinese and no one there spoke understandable English.
Secondly the only place to put my clothes was on the floor
All this being said the young woman gave a true deep tissue massage! This is why I gave them a 3 .

Lila and Ninda are amazing! We got a deep tissue couple massage and this was by far the besT experience ever. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! Great relaxing place to get a massage. They do back to full body on a table, also have great foot massages. They always ask me male or female for back massage, I get a guy because they typically dig deeper into the knots in my back. I have never made an appointment. Always just walk in and get put on a table.

I am a regular here and usually I feel safe and good about the massage I was given, however today was different. I went in and got my 1 hour private table massage as usual and a man came in I've never seen, older looking. He was very unprofessional and ended up pulling the sheet to hard leaving me somewhat exposed. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time as he was not careful about such privacy, although he apologized and seemed to feel bad at the end he continues to tell me to not bite my nails because I have a beautiful face and that's not okay. I ended up not saying anything

I had been to this place many times. Specially for table massage. One therapist, LOLA ( not sure how to spell her name) she used to give me such a fantastic massage with her magical touch to everywhere. You will be totally relaxed coming out from here. Nowadays I don’t find her and not visiting anymore.

FINALLY made it in to this place. I highly recommend calling ahead to confirm they can accommodate you. If it's during busy hours, call ahead and create an appointment.

I got the cheapest one to see if I liked it and wanted to return. *34 dollars for a massage is a steal!* however, it started out AMAZING. Used oil on my neck and really got into the top part of my shoulders. Feet were just as great, he got the hands as well. Arms were a little painful, it was like he was kneading dough or something and forgot it was an arm. But I got through it, whatever.

I brought Groupon $46 for one ultrasonic body-slimming treatment ($125 value.) I had an appointment this morning and I was little bit disappointed with my experience at Bliss Spa.

Ladies were friendly.

I don't think treatment wasn't even worth $125 value.

10:00am- walked in and I was told to wait for 5-10min with covered blanket in bed, so my body warms up little bit for treatment. The bed wasn't stable and folded towel pillow wasn't comfortable enough.

10:15am- lady came back and started doing ultrasonic treatment. (Only one spot of the body.) she was yanking here and

I've been going here to get my lash extensions since November 2014. I first tried it out for my sisters wedding, I was her maid of honor and I didn't want my mascara to run if I was going to cry. My experience here every time since then has been absolutely phenomenal! I get them done by Jenny every two weeks and she is just the most polite and sweet woman.
