Measurements are affected by many factors. Results should be considered estimates only and may vary by 10% or more. Tape thickness includes adhesive, carrier (if applicable) and release liner. It is not recommended that you use the roll length and diameter to calculate the tape thickness. I rarely write reviews, but the customer service of this company (formerly Paco Label, now Frankston Packaging) is awful. I left four messages requesting to have their W9 sent to me in order to do business with them. When I finally reached someone, the individual I spoke with was highly irritated and inconvenienced that I was calling him. After explaining that I had left four messages and never heard back from anyone, he only seemed more put out. Don't expect much with this place, least of a response and professionalism.
