I've been using this place for all my business needs for over a decade. They are always friendly and go above and beyond for customers. I noticed people are not happy about small fees used for taping boxes etc. Understand this is a business, it cost business thousands of dollars for freebies. It's not just one customer, all of em will expect it. So if I need to be charged for taping a box, so be it. #supportlocalbusinesses

I went to the Mail House to mail multiple packages. I had wrapped the packages in brown kraft paper, something I've done for years, and was informed by the mail house that I would have to unwrap every package and re-wrap in their mailers, which of course would cost extra. I tried to explain to them that I had been mailing packages in this paper for years and it had never been a problem at any other USPS location, and they told me that it was against their policy. I took my packages to another USPS location and mailed them without any issue. The next day, I took a package which had prepaid postage

I was hesitant to utilize their services because of previous negative reviews. Perhaps they have hired new employees or had a change in attitude because I visited them one rainy day for some copy services. I found them to be helpful and pleasant. No complaints! I was in and out quickly and received friendly service.

Friendly and helpful staff at the counter. They are solving my quandry of quarterly wine club delivery that requires adult signature. Our house is deep in the forest and UPS/FedEx doesn't walk 1/3 mile up hill on our driveway to see whether or not I am home. Lindale Mail House will accept delivery/sign for it and call me to pick up my package.

I couldn't agree more with Brenda's review!
I had the unfortunate experience of having to drop something off at this location due to a time constraint and it being the most accessible UPS drop-off on my way home.
When you receive poor customer service at this location, don't bother asking for the manager. All she did in our case was flip her hair and repeatedly tell me she can't help me and I'm wrong (which is amusing since she never asked me what the problem was....).
If you're literally only dropping something off that requires no assistance whatsoever then

I only use here a few times in my 2 years but never have issues. Only 1 time was awkward because I had to have her make like 100s of copies to mail certified to our Veteran Affair way across the country and there were several others so it's kind of cramped and chaotic. I don't mind paying more because 0 issues and I feel the wait time to get service is better than at the post office.

What a negative woman. She only had "NO" answers for me, nothing to help me solve my shipping/printing/internet issue. She refused to let me use her desktop computer to look up a label, nor would she do it for me. Only NO. NO I cant do that, no I don't know when the fedex ground truck comes, no I don't know if there are other drop off locations in this tiny town, and no no no. I work in logistics and this woman should not be running a shipping business. A literal cow would be better suited.
