Have been a resident since January, couldn’t ask for a more comfortable place to be in 2020! Management is super responsive and accommodating. They almost always have staff present to answer questions or help resolve problems. The building is cleaned professionally every week, and now that amenities have opened back up with phase three I don’t have to leave the house!

This apartment is spacious, clean, and is run by a friendly staff. It's close to public transportation, grocery stores( two minute walk to a small Brazilian grocery store and 15 min walk to Stop & Shop. It's 10 min walk to downtown which has many great restaurants and small business ethnic grocery shops. Yes, I like to shop for groceries :)
Christina, the building manager, is super personable and genuine. She's more like a friend than someone in charge of the building you live in. Her staff is friendly and they all look like they enjoy the work they do. The maintenance team responds within 24

Really enjoyed living in this building. Great management team, very accommodating, 15 minute walk to malden center train station, and only 15 minutes into downtown. On your walk to the building from the train, lots of great restaurants and a stop and shop. Loved my actual unit. It was a 1 bedroom with laundry in unit, bathroom with two entrances, and a big living room with an eat in counter to the kitchen. Very spacious. Building is also pet friendly. Overall great experience - highly recommend.

I moved in to Point at 180 right after it opened and it has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The building is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. Christina and the team do an amazing job managing the building and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are also really good at quickly responding to questions or concerns that may come up.
Unfortunately, I am leaving Boston, which is the only reason I left the building. I highly recommend Point at 180 to anyone looking for an apartment in the Boston area.

I've lived here with my husband since the apartments first opened a few years ago. We love our apartment - it has everything we look for, and I'm a professional interior designer! Our island is perfect for hosting guests, and for two people, there is the plenty of space and storage. There were a few hiccups in the beginning when the building was new (as there will be for most new construction), but we have no complaints and our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. For this area, it is competitively priced for everything that's included. We have never had issues with our neighbors either

The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The units themselves are great. The windows are massive and you get lots of sunlight. The finishes are very nice, and the amenities are fantastic! For the money, this is a great value!

My roommate and I just finished our lease after living a 1 year in The Point @ 180. Some of the other reviews here are not very far off base but I feel a little overblown so I want to give an honest and objective review. The building definitely experienced some first year growing pains but I want to echo the fact that Christina from Doubleclick and the building maintenance people are phenomenal. It was very easy to get Christina or Jim on the phone or through text at almost any time at night. Response times for issues were more than reasonable or often times immediate and after an issue was fixed

I'm a current tenant going into my second year and I feel the need to write an objective review about this apartment building - especially after seeing some of the ridiculous temper tantrums on here.
1. Rent prices: If you're coming from Boston, the prices area appealing and seem quite affordable for the amount of space you get. I'm in a 2 BR with 2 full baths, a living room with open concept kitchen and a washer dry in the unit. I was very disappointed that my rent was raised 6% when it came time to sign the lease for a second year. For the 4 years I lived in prime Boston neighborhoods

Worst Building I Ever Lived - Leaving Soon!!

This is another review about this terrible, terrible building, written after just a simple New England downpour for about 15 minutes and water started to come back up from the AC condensation drainage pipe - the same pipeline that froze in the winter and flooded my apartment. So this is the second time my bedroom got flooded!

I am going into the last year of my lease and the at this point, still some amenities are not functional. Again I confronted the building manager before and she yelled back "you are not paying for the amenities, they are

Update: So some of the issues mentioned have finally been resolved, after 9 months. The dog park has fake grass, and the dog washing station has been installed. However, until the owners of the building hire new management, I would not recommend. It has taken far to long for issues to be addressed, something that should not have happened. If you have outdoor parking, be aware that it is very frustrating. I've had to call the towing company 4 times, but a friend who lives in the building has had to call +17 times. (spots are assigned, and there are are only 3 visitor spots.) Also- apparently

I have not experienced the same frustrations as the people below me, well aside from the bathroom fan always being on and the occasional temperamental water temperatures in the winter months. I only had to call maintenance twice and they fixed the issues right away, the main maintenance guy is super nice.

Christina, the Property Manager, has always been good to me. I don't think the problem is so much with management but rather the people that currently live here. They don't respect the property nor do they practice good hygiene. One of my calls to maintenance was because I had mice

From M.G.L. Ch 186 Section 15B, The broker company should not charge the 50 dollars application fee for potential tenant. But they did. It will become a big lawsuit if all of the residents knew it and they will not only lose the business. We understood it is hard to make money but everything should be in the law framework.
