Our bustling practice can be found in a rural, mountainous area just about forty-five minutes north of Atlanta. Humber Chiropractic Clinic was founded by Dr. Ken Humber, a second-generation chiropractor. As a teacher and Vice President of The Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology, he is passionate about sharing his skills and knowledge with others.
As a second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Ken was born and raised knowing all about chiropractic. His father, Dr. J. K. Humber, a well-known upper cervical chiropractor, cared for every member of the family. Thanks to regular adjustments, Dr. Ken has never been sick or had a shot in his life. In the words of Dr. Tyler, his humble beginnings started in his home state of Michigan. His father was a firefighter for the city of Southfield. After hauling around all that heavy equipment, he suffered from neck and back pain. Though he didn't want to worry his children, he would often have to lie down due to his discomfort.
At Humber Chiropractic Clinic, we concentrate on the first bone of the spine called the atlas. The fountainhead of health is your brain stem, which is connected to the atlas. If a misalignment is present there, it can cause problems all the way down your spine, affect your posture and have an impact on your entire body.
When you walk into Humber Chiropractic Clinic, you'll see kids running around, parents chatting, people laying on the adjusting table and everyone enjoying themselves. We like to keep things fun and relaxed in our office though we take improving your health seriously. Please bring in any doctor's reports, bloodwork or imaging such as MRIs, CTs, X-rays or PET scans.

Where to begin? I have suffered with headaches all my life. In addition, I grew up believing that chiropractic medicine was voodoo & didn't dare try it. However, after moving to GA & suffering as long as I did, I was willing to try anything to get relief. I've had chronic lower back pain for years due to years of athletics, heredity and anatomy. I was looking at invasive surgery to fuse the lower vertebrae an a 6 month recovery. The level of pain I was having prevented me from exercising and enjoying activities plus adding weight because of not being active. In taking a step back, and I decided to put all efforts in trying everything to change activities and apply a healthier life style. I never feel rushed in or out - instead I am always well taken care of. Both Dr.'s are VERY smart and know exactly how to help to point you in the right direction. I was visiting a wrestling buddy of mine at the college and he suggested that we visit the Humber Clinic as he had gone there before and had great results. Seeing as my back has had issues in the past, I figured it couldn't hurt. When I say that Dr. Humber and Dr. Charette were two of the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most professional chiropractors I have ever been to, I say this as someone who has had back issues since my teenage years. I would highly recommend making the trip even if you are a considerable distance away as you won't find better care. I live in Michigan but I'll take any chance

I love Dr. Humber! I've had neck pain for over 2 years. Since starting my treatment, I haven't had a single moment of pain. As an Olympic athlete, I have such unique needs and Dr. Humber and Dr. Tyler Charette have met everyone of those needs. They have been BEYOND flexible to meet with me after hours to give specialized insight into injuries, unique recovery modalities, and to speak about nutrition changes to support my atheltic goals. I can not recommend this practice enough. We will be seeing Dr. Tyler for years and do trust him not only myself but to give wise insight into how to excel in athletics.

The doctors at Humber Orthospinology Clinic are the best doctors in the world. Being in chiropractic school myself I am very picky with my care and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ken Humber and Dr. Tyler Charette. I would recommend them to anyone no matter how far you have to travel. They are specialists in orthospinology and offer the most high-tech, specialized care out there.
