I had a GREAT experience working with this company. Chelsi was so helpful and really bent over backward to make sure I was happy with my apartment. I highly recommend renting from this property management company.

Very unprofessional organization! They are only interested in collecting your money. They give hard time to resident with implementing unfair parking rules. They would impose unlawful self made rules and policies so that they could fine residents and collect more money. Their service are none to second. I’d never buy a house knowing this HOA is the existing management.

I have to say that since I bought my townhouse 6 years ago, I've been happy and impressed with the HOA management company. When I was purchasing, there were a few things that came up on the home inspection that were exterior issues. When brought to their attention, they had everything taken care of within a week. Anytime I've called, I've been able to talk to the right person and my concerns/questions have always been addressed. We don't have many amenities here, but the property is well maintained which is a major reason in deciding what to purchase. I don't live here full time, but I have no

The landscaping is lack-luster for how much we have to pay for HOA dues. I have mentioned to PW several times that a tree is about to grow INTO my house and a lovely gentleman on the phone told me to "cut it with little scissors." We also have a bush that is growing into our brand new air conditioner that has needed to be trimmed for two months, as well. First of all, "little scissors" will not exactly do the trick with this. Secondly, part of our HOA dues is to pay for landscaping, so I believe that (on principal) the basics like trimming should be covered.

We were recently contracted by Pindell Wilson to power wash a community. They were easy to communicate with, willing to assist in helping us help their clients, and very accommodating. For any contractors out there, you can feel safe in working for them.

I have found Pindell Wilson to be the best rental company I’ve ever dealt with, and I have worked with quite a few.
They are responsive to their tenants needs and have made to whole process from move in to move out seamless. When it came time for me to move, I made sure to stick with them for the rental of my new home. Thanks once again, Emily!

Our townhouse has been mediocre but the responsiveness from management has been within the day every time we've inquired about an issue. Emily York has been an absolute pleasure to work with regarding property maintenance , the problematic HOA, and leasing clarification/flexibility. It's not the managements fault that the buildings are old and the HOA is unimpressive.

If I could give the HOA zero start I would. Just because my husband parked his truck in our home driveway not bothering nobody nor neighbor or blocking the street they still send me a letter that I can’t park the truck in there and that I have to pay $100 each day. This PINDELL- WILSON property management are TOTALLY THIEVES!! It seems their only interest is the MONEY! As a HOA you’re supposed to help homeowners and not just give them more stress than what they have already. Totally hate companies like this one, that all they care is money!!

I have used Pindell Wilson for 10 years and we have just parted ways, thank God! I would not recommend this company to anyone needing a property management company. They are very unprofessional, uncaring, disrespectful and lazy! They are an Epic Failure as my property management company. They are liars and they did not care about my property. The maintenance people that work for them do a terrible job and and are dishonest. They don't return phone calls and then you have to bug them to death to get any action. They make unauthorized repairs and expect you to pay for them. You have

I lived in one of Pindell Wilson's apartments for over 5 years. It was a townhouse with a total of 4 units under one roof. We had a bedbug problem and I notified the office. They did nothing, says pest were my problem. So I called the city code people to see what could be done. They had Pindell Wilson treat only my 2 upstairs bedrooms. Yes it got ride of the problem but then they tried to charge me around $1500 to "pay the owner back". I refused to pay so they added it on as late rent to file for eviction. We went to court, I won the case. Then a few months later they turn me over to a collection

Very unprofessional. This "business" runs our HOA, they are disorganized, quick to displace blame, and eager to send violation letters at the drop of a hat with no warning beforehand.

This management is the worst. I don't think they care about managing their properties. I live in a community where a neighbor runs a bike shop out of his garage (think about constant motorcycle revving, even at 9-10pm, his vehicles blocking my mailbox (this means the mailman isn't going to deliver my mail). I know another neighbor complained and he stopped for maybe a couple of months. Since it's getting hot again, the business is picking up. I wish they would do what they get paid to do and MANAGE THEIR PROPERTIES! I'm looking now to move out of this neighborhood.

Unprofessional, greedy, read fine print and make SURE your unit is move in ready. Upon me getting key there was food debris, roaches and filth. I have pictures. Move in date was 8/7
, and this has been a complete nightmare and cannot unpack. Now im stuck to suffer over the weekend ..this was supposed to be a joyful moment, but i am stressed and sad. Waiting for Monday to get here when office re opens.
