I always call Bil whenever i have any plumbing issues! He's been my go-to plumber for over 5 years and has helped me with many projects such as installing an On-Demand water heater, adding new plumbing to a brand new kitchen, changing out bad faucets, toilets, kitchen sink plumbing, venting, installing garbage disposal, leaks, and probably a dozen other things that i cannot remember! He thinks of his customer's well-being and takes his responsibility as an essential worker very seriously. Being without water is very serious and he always makes that his priority. These folks showed up in less than an hour from the time we called them. They performed actual diagnosis of the issue with our 3 year old Rheem water heater and had it fixed in less that 30 minutes... Including correcting the errors made by another firm on their visits on the two previous day. The charge was VERY reasonable. After being paid, they stayed on to assure the water actually heated. Very professional!
