Services
Welcome to the new patient center for Harpers Ferry Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Center, PLLC! We understand that arriving at a new office for the first time can be nerve racking. If you've never received care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Harpers Ferry office for the first time.
In some ways, one could say that integrated healthcare is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.
Next, you will have a consultation with one of our doctors or practitioners to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for us to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how we can help meet your goals.
Many people go to a healthcare providers because they are in pain. In this first phase of care as our office, the main goal is to reduce your symptoms. Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health.
Most practitioners regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the practitioner does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

Wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind and warm and helped me fill out the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Then Dr. Harris was the best chiropractor I have ever been to. She listened and took the time to really understand where I was hurting and why. She then cracked me from neck to lower back and I feel wonderful. She even had me move around and asked if I was still in pain, I was so she continued working until she could resolve my immediate pain. Repeat visits will be necessary to completely fix the problem, but at least now I don't have a stabbing pain every time I bend. I didn't

As an older runner, cyclist, and crossfitter, I originally came to Dr Harris and Mary with a myriad of issues. They worked together to get me up and running, and now I see them for maintenance. I highly recommend them both to anyone who asks. And I love their new facility!

Alyssa started my treatment out with a thorough intake. She was helpful with nutritional suggestions for chronic pain that I've been experiencing in my hips and thighs for over a year. I enjoyed her chiropractic technique, it's not aggressive while still being effective. Not only did I feel better when I left but I had learned something as well. Nikole
