I have spent my professional career in the "Customer Service Industry". For 20 years, I have worked in many educational settings, establishing relationships with people to help guide them towards well informed decisions regarding their children and families. In 2014, I joined my husband to establish a law firm that focuses on Trust.
In 2005 I became a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal and have since handled workers' compensation, social security disability, pre-litigation personal injury, personal injury litigation and even some family law cases. Over the years I have worked with numerous attorneys, many who could not connect with their clients on a personal level.
Due to my passion to help others, I majored in social work at UNC Greensboro for two years. During that time, I worked at a law firm as a litigation assistant. This is where I fell in love with the law and found my niche of working in the legal field while still helping others. Subsequently, I changed my major and received my degree in Paralegal Technology from Guilford Technical Community College.

When my wife and daughter were involved in an auto accident, Mr. Hayes was the only attorney who took the time to evaluate our claim. He provided much needed guidance throughout the entire process, and was very accessible when we had questions. He would promptly return phone calls and emails, even after business hours. Mr. Hayes was unable to take my case.
However, he was very sincere, kind, and attentive. He explained to me what I needed to know for my situation & referred me to another possible option. My phone call was returned promptly & I was made to feel like I matter. If I have something else in the future I plan to call here first & would definitely recommend to others.
