Ill give it a "0" I have always follow Tom Ferry, energetic Guy, was really excited to had sign up again.....I do believe he has lost control of his company and team...sign up into coaching, literally had to hunt them down to get a coach assign, none one returns your calls, get my fist coach after many calls.. a new one, whom has hardly done any real estate. Talks a big deal about her diplomas, and gets offended when question and declined, ask for another. Again none calls back, leave numerous messages. Finally get a second one, nice guy... has no idea what to recommend as far as systems

I have always follow Tom Ferry, stared my career with his father, best experience ever, I also coach with him, then move into Business coaching, this year I relocated to a new city so decided to sign back. Was very detail on what I was looking, I done coaching before, I know what I need and look....well they took my credit card very quickly and promise the starts. None one call after that, literally had to hunt them down, get assign a new coach, who has hardly done any RE...gets offended when question. Ask for another, second time none one calls...again I call, email, nothing, finally weeks later

Please don't make the same mistake! This is 100% a scam and money grab for hard working real estate professionals trying to better themselves. I had an initial call with a representative two weeks ago. They've basically taken my money and ran with no customer support or relief in sight. Do you consider a binding twelve month agreement, made on COMPLETE misrepresentation and fabrication to be a scam? Most people would.

I don't have time to detail my experience, but it's the same as all the other 1 star reviews here. It's been a couple years and I wanted to circle back. They made me take down my yelp review to "settle" with me for 6 months' fees instead of the full year after I complained about the scam I let myself get caught in. It's clear the TF program has had success hence why I am giving them 2 stars. Just NOT for me. Being in the industry of course Tom Ferry training comes up everywhere. I caved and called. I signed up in late January, had some delays with my first coach calling me, only to find out they transferred me to another coaching team. Well, one week went by and I decided I needed to cancel. I signed up for the Tom Ferry coaching with their money back guarantee. All i can say is WHAT A JOKE and LIAR!! I spent $500 every call and was bounced around between a few coaches which made the experience very painful. I ending up taking Tom Ferry to court but NO ONE from his company ever showed up! Their guarantee is that if you dont close a few deals after their coaching you will get you coaching fees back. Well i did not have any deals close using Tom Ferry's coaching and in the end it cost me over $4,000!! Thank you Tom Ferry for NOTHING!

I was really excited at first and even spent more money (They are always asking for more and more) to go to a summit. The first coach I had failed to call and the scheduled time. I tried to contact her and she failed again to call. I changed coaches. This coach was the one who talked me into another 1k from the 8k I was spending. Didn't really "teach" me anything I haven't already done. I asked for him to to schedule to calls and he never scheduled ahead of time always the day of or day before. I can honestly say that coaching with Tom Ferry has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have watched his videos for some months now, and found them motivating. My husband and I considered the coaching program and signed up for a free consultation.
Justin was nice and friendly at first.. we had a 45 minute phone conversation in which he mostly asked about our sales tactics and talked about how their coaching would work for us (just a sales pitch the whole time, which was expected.)
What I did NOT expect was the end of the phone call to go like

I find Tom Ferry's videos and information helpful.
Having that said, I wanted to enroll in the coaching program.
It is a big investment, especially for those like me who are trying to get the feet wet in the business. I was still going to enroll anyways, since I am committed to making myself better and being a better real estate agent.
What ultimately made me decided NOT to enroll in the program is the "coach consultant", or the salesperson who gave me a call for a "free coaching session".

I've been in real estate since 2003 but joined Tom Ferry Your Coach in 2014. If I would've started with Tom Ferry from the start, my life would be very different by now.
