We had renters and auto ins through this office with no real issues.
When we were going through all the hoops for actually buying a home (119 years old and beautiful) they had no problem writing up a policy. Once we closed on the house, they contacted us telling us of all the things that had to be done to the home in order to complete the policy! Really,? This should have been done prior to close because all of that was on the seller! Now we have a letter stating they cannot insure the property because of these maintenance issues?! Great job!
Find other insurance if you can! 🤬

Unfriendly staff & horrible customer service!
I've had a State Farm policy for a few years now for two vehicles and homeowner insurance.
Considering this is 2019, I've been paying all my bills through the State Farm app where I recieve all my alerts and statements anyway.
Apparently a payment was missed in March which I was not aware of and was not listed in the app.
I continued making my payments after this with no knowledge of the missed payment. I soon received a letter from PennDot telling me my reg is suspended for an insurance lapse.
