We work with Ken Parrish for our business insurance. He has always made himself available to answer any question or concern we have had. He is amazing at following up and checking in. Today I made one phone call to him about homeowners and sure enough I had the answers and insurance set for closing. The one thing that stands out most is the personal attention. Years ago, when we needed to file a claim about a burst pipe, our agent met with us personally and walked us through every step, and made sure we got the funds we needed for repairs. I couldn't imagine dealing with an agency that was in another state or only available by phone or online.
