Edge Roofing provided a comprehensive service from the initial inspection of roof damaged by storm to an on-time completion of full roof installation. Jordan Miller, their rep was very professional and communicated all aspects of the job from planning to execution. Materials and a multi man crew came and completed the job of tearing off and replacing the roof in one day, exactly as promised. The roof no longer leaks (quality) and looks great. Due to storm damage we had our cedar shake roof replaced with architectural asphalt singles. From the fist contact with Tom for the bid to saving good bye to Nacho and his spectacular crew the entire process was SEAMLESS...accurate, prompt and friendly service in each and every encounter. A special commendation for Nacho and his 12 person team. They arrived at our home at 6:45 a.m. immediately removed all the shakes, installed the roof and METICULOUSLY clean up with no trace of rubbish...all of this in 93 degree heat. In my 50 years of contracting for various services i have never seen a group

We were very disappointed with the customer service and communication from Edge Roofing and Jessie !! First , a bunch of guys show up at my house in unmarked trucks , no call from Jessie to let me know when they were scheduled to come , much less who was coming! So, I called Jesse and he said they were sub-contractors that would do repairs.. I was under the impression that "Edge Roofing " would be doing our repairs.. Secondly, they spilled paint on our driveway and tried to wipe it up ( unsuccessful ) but didn't say anything about it before they left!! I had asked the main roofer

Funny thing we need a new roof and my wife was going to be calling today but the Gods prevented that when a worker of yours today no less the same day we were going to call, was driving in front of me on 211 then why 53. He must of been drinking cause he was giving that sad Dodge pickup gas then letting it go gas and go over and over. Clearly no one had taught him to drive and we get to the traffic light and he gives me the middle finger. No reason at all besides him being a total crap filled person. Well needless to say if you treat folks like that I will be using another roofing company. Keep

I just got a new roof from Edge Roofing. The experience and workmanship are outstanding! Tom Pierce has impeccable customer skills and a heart for Christ, which shows in his professionalism and team. I love my new roof! What a beautiful upgrade to my home. The quote process, insurance handling and timing are hassle-free and second-to-none. Then this team comes in and removes the old roofing and puts on a new roof in a day. They were like a well-oiled machine from the time I met with Tom until my roof was complete.
