Bullard Exteriors did an amazing job installing new roof on my house. Bryan did a roof inspection, and helped make determination that I had a good case for a replacement claim from the recent storms. He was extremely professional, and always kept me in the loop. With these findings, I started a claim with my insurance and everything went well, at the meeting with the adjuster, where Bryan was also present. The whole team which includes Nelly, were simply amazing and took care of me from planning to the install day, and even post-install, that included some minor paint touch-ups to my exterior.

After I signed a contract for my roof replacement the company came back to me and wanted nearly an additional $1,000 dollars in “upgrades” that were already listed on the first contract. They do not have any set prices, they just monitor what your insurance covers and demand every dollar even if it’s not part of their work that’s done.

These guys were very responsive and did a wonderful job with my roof. Shane and Mario were great help through this entire process and definitely will refer and use them again. Also, if you have kids and worried about the nails, they went over everything about 5 times or so to make sure they picked up all the nails with a magnet roller. Very pleased with their service.

Me and my wife are young first time home owners, we didn't know much about the process or what to do ,but Bullard made the process easy. We had Bryan List as our rep and he was awesome and very responsive. He answered all my questions about my roof and was very knowledgeable. The work was done when they said it would be and it looks great. Would recommends to anyone who needs a roof repair/replacement. a few people in my neighbor hood had Bullard do there roofs as well and they all agree that Bullard was a great company and Bryan was very pleasant to work with!

The work these guys did around our house was awesome. The level of professionalism was unmatched and I highly recommend them for paint and roofing work.
There was no spillage and very few nails left on the property. They did a magnetic sweep and the end of the day and came back the following day to insure there were minimal nail hazards.
