Leslie is an bsolutely great inspector! I've been in construction many years and feel like I have a good eye for detail but she caught multiple things I hadn't noticed. Even the fact that a window ac unit didn't have condensation dripping out the back therefor it must be dripping down the wall or somewhere else. I would highly recommend her!!

Leslie just completed our inspection of our home under construction. I contacted her initially through FB. She was very responsive and willing to explain what she does during different construction phases, what to expect, the cost, timing, etc. We met her at the house and we exchanged a few items of concern. Leslie has performed two home inspections for us and has done an excellent job both times! She is extremely thorough in her evaluation of the property and supplements her reports with photos and arrows explaining the issues she finds. Her company is very organized and professional when contacting you and arranging the inspection.
