We had a major job (for us) that require both hvac and plumbing work. Tony showed up promptly and gave us an estimate quickly. The work was done efficiently and quite well. Dalton, Dave, and Ben were all very conscientious about their work and keeping things clean. The job was done as promised and in a very timely manner. I would recommend Kurt Zentner & Sons to anyone that needs pluming, and or heating/AC work.

Tony recommended a tankless water heater when he abandoned my well and hooked into city water ( a major job) best move I ever made! With 2 kids and laundry and dishes... We NEVER Tim out of hot water. 2 showers and a dishwasher can run at the same time!

Called them to see if they could schedule an appointment to install a water heater we purchased and was flat out told no. They will only install water heaters purchased from them so they can warranty their work- this means to me that they just want to make the money off the water heater too. They didn't ask about the model I bought or anything. I don;t need their warranty, the unit comes with one. I now have an appointment set up with another pluming company that isn't as greedy.

Called this outfit to fix a small leak in my basement. I have an older home that has a shallow well pump in the basement. The pipe that comes off the pump to the pressure tank developed a small leak and I called to see if someone could come out and tighten it up. I was put on hold for a few minutes while the receptionist consulted someone "in the back". After a few moments, I was abruptly told "we WON'T do that". Imagine my surprise when a Buisness flat-out tells me that they REFUSE to do a job. I wasn't told "why", but I'm assuming it was because shallow
