In my case I needed to have mandatory Open House every Sunday. Every Saturday, without fail, Dinah would come and help me prep my house, regardless of kids running around and chaos surrounding us. She calmed me through my home selling process and took some stress of moving on to my next chapter. I could not recommend her more highly for anyone wanting
