It’s wasn’t just photos, Josh had a really good video, brochures, descriptive flyers, layouts, etc….. if anyone was looking for a home similar to my listing, josh made sure your saw mine. My wife and I worked with Josh as a real estate agent for a home purchase. Not knowing anyone in the town we were moving to, we chose Josh based on the recommendation from Coldwell Banker. Josh was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! He completely and quickly understood what we — and our children — were looking for; was patient and had creative ideas for homes we saw, but had no problem pointing out subtle clues to bigger problems in a house; and was full engaged all the way through the process. He also recommended the contractors we used after the move-in for floors, windows, etc.

he know the areas very well, we also were looking in Bergen county (Tenafly) as well. he listen what we need and what we want and try to find the best possible house in our budget. we actually find a few and he did very good negotiations.

We hired Josh to help us purchase a home. His knowledge of the various markets (we were looking in several towns across the entire County) and attention to detail (he pointed things out to us about houses that we would never have thought of!) proved invaluable. Most importantly, his repeat advice that we should continue to look more, we hadn't yet found "the house", and "this house isn't the one" proved to us that he was more interested in finding us the "right" house than he was in making a sale.
