The Dancing Noodle doesn't just use homemade recipes, they cook the food the same way they would for their families. His primary role over the years in the industry was as a cook, the recipes he uses has been developed throughout several restaurants and frequent visits to his hometown in Thailand. He makes almost every dish from scratch, it is really amazing how much time it takes to prepare each meal. One example is his homemade drunken noodle recipe.

Dancing Noodle is a hidden gem in the Parker area. Their Pad Thai is incredible, but I've been happy with a large number of their dishes, including ginger, garlic, and even some of their curry (and I normally don't like curry). My one critique is that even with the selectable spice level it's hard to predict how spicy a dish will be, lunch spice level tends to be lower and I get a four, and dinner tends to be higher and I get a three.

Best Thai food!! The red curry is amazing. I just wish they chopped their veggies a little smaller, but that’s it. They are always busy. I’ve only ever gotten take out, but they do have a small seating area as well. Dancing Noodle is my comfort food and great for cold Colorado winter nights. Love this place!

Food is great, ingredient quality is fantastic. Drunken Noodles heat level 4 rocks my senses. But, using website to order take-out, showing up an hour later, then waiting another 30 minutes is ridiculous. I swear they started cooking it when i checked in. Many tables were seated, ordered and were served their meals while i waited the additional 30 minutes. They need some serious process/organizational inprovements.

All around a great restaurant! A quaint family owned restaurant that has great caring waiters and good service. The food is some of the best Thai I have ever had. They have varying levels of spiciness and exceptionally vibrant flavors. My favorite is the curry fried rice. Prices were far from exorbitant as well. One of my favorite restaurants in Parker. I have gone many times, and will surely go again many times in the future!

Found this place for our date night takeout by its positive reviews. So glad we did, as the food is delicious! Drunken noodles at 4 star hotness were just right. The thick homemade noodles were not expected but great. The chicken egg rolls were a good size. Eat them when they are hot or they get a little soft. Other than the veggies in the pad woon sen with tofu being a bit raw, it tasted very good. The lady at the counter was very friendly. We will be back soon!
