We believe that children are our greatest natural resource, our most precious gift. They deserve the best we have to offer! At Berri Patch Preschool OUR MISSION is to provide a Safe, Nurturing, and Developmentally Appropriate environment for the care and early childhood education of all children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
While we understand that all children are unique individuals, we also know that ALL children thrive best when they receive the love and support of mindful, caring adults in a clean, positive and relaxed environment. OUR GOAL is to deliver a preschool program that will ensure readiness and success in Kindergarten and beyond, and build the foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Services
Our centers promote the development of the whole child through play. Early childhood research shows that young children learn primarily through play. We believe that children learn through active hands-on involvement with materials, equipment and activities. During active play, a child's mind, body and emotions develop, and true learning takes place.
We accept children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age. We encourage families to schedule a Tour at the campus they are interested in attending to meet the director and teachers, and experience everything the Berri Patch has to offer. During your visit you and your child will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and receive the information you will need to make the best decision for your family.

Having put my children in a number of programs locally due to a job change forcing us to relocate them, I can say without a doubt that this has been the most accommodating, stimulating, successful program for both my daughters. Children are allowed to "be kids" and work through developmental challenges (biting and back talk) in a SAFE but understanding environment. Their approach to hourly rotations has worked very well to engage my children for the entire workday. The miniature "zoo" they have here give children wonderful exposure to science and the world they live in. My daughter loves bugs and

My daughter goes here.
I appreciate the level of care that it appears she receives here. You get the normal daycare things, but they also teach, have plays with cool activities. I get reports everyday and my child really likes the staff (she doesn't run up to anybody, but will the teachers there). The school's pricing is pretty fair to me, so I'm not complaining.
It's off Malabar in the cut kind of, so if you drive too fast you'll miss it. Get there early picking up your kid or be in a line of cars. Other than that, no complaints here.

I'm shocked at the negative reviews! My daughter LOVED this location for VPK, and I plan to send my son right behind her. My daughter was reading short sentences by the end of the year and was well prepared for Kindergarten. The VPK teachers are an excellent team, and are very caring. The staff was always willing to meet with me to discuss any concerns I had, and they addressed them appropriately.
I had visited the childcare offices many times and never noticed anything out of order, and the facility was always tidy and clean, and smelled clean-- unlike MANY "regular" daycare centers. The children

I will begin by saying that there are a few teachers here that are amazing with children and truly give them the attention and care they deserve. Ms. Alicia in the one year old room and Ms. Sarah have been wonderful to deal with, my daughter loved going to her class. The problem occurred when my daughter transitioned to the two year old room. The transition wasn't going well so the Director told they were going to just "throw her in the 2 year old room since she doesn't want to leave Ms. Alicia." Then I was approached by another parent, I did not know, while I was at dinner. She told me that she

Being a parent that was new to having her child in any kind of daycare environment I did not know how anything would work in a preschool setting. But throughout our entire first year Ms.Holiday, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Yessia, and especially my sons teacher Ms.Alyssa have answered every question or concern. They treat my son with respect, and love. It is always clean and inviting in this preschool. I can see the learning based curriculum in every activity they do. But most importantly in my son. I'm so grateful to have been referred to this school. I am a full time working mother and when

This school kicked my 3 year old out after she had attended since she was a baby. They gave her lice and sent her home. We did the treatment and they checked and accepted her back. The next day they called to send her home with lice again!I had already missed 3 days of work and was obviously upset. The director Holiday is incredibly pretentious and we got in an argument. At the end of it all she was upset I called her teacher because her title obviously meant more to her than my daughter ever did. She was offended i said daycare instead of preschool... lol. Who knew and more importantly who cares

My son has been going to berri Patch since he was 3 months old. The teachers are awesome. He is doing so well there and now has moved in to the 1 year old room. They not only take care of the babies buy also teach them and manage to also do crafts with them! I am so very happy with our choice of Berri Patch Daycare. :)
