They are not honest and like to blame the tenants instead of fixing something as simple as a clogged drain line because it's 3 floors up and they can't find the drain line. They just point blame at the person living their so that they are not responsible.

I had received 3 different quotes from local companies whom all told me I needed a new unit at around $6500. I contacted Beall AC and Kenny came out. He not only diagnosed the issue but fixed my AC at a great price. He saved me thousands of dollars on the purchase of a new system. My unit has been working great for over a year now.
