Transferring from NY to MD, and was trying to get an inspection. Tried this place, because it was the nearest and they told me that they can see my car the next day... i had made the worst decision! I left my car early (9am) the next day for a MD state inspection, didn’t get any updates throughout the day. I called 3pm, 5pm, 6pm and every time they said that they were still working on it and would get back to me. Worried (their shop close at 6pm), i asked if i’ll be able to get my car that night. They said they’ll call me. I didn’t get called until 7:15pm. They reported that i need new

We dropped off our car for a check engine light and paid $278 after them having it for 2weeks only to drive it two days and the engine light come back on. We took it back for them to fix. It has been another 2 weeks. After many calls and inquiries, they are not done and unable to give us an estimate. Honestly, worst service and experience. We asked for a diagnosis and estimate and we're handed a bill for 3hrs+ $25 part and not fixed. Ridiculous to take a month to fix a car. Thankfully this isn't our only vehicle! This is a great place to get your auto repairs, and for the record "I have tried them all in Hampstead."
Also they understand where and when to save money on repairs... I have several vehicles, from old to new and they are able to do them all. I was a first-hand witness to a man that came into the store to make a down payment on a repair that the owner did in an emergency and it was obvious what had occurred. The gentleman thanked the owner profusely for helping him and letting him pay over time. I just think that is so understanding and helpful to a person in need. Car repairs are expensive and

Went there with a flat tire and had a new tire installed on a Friday. Driving to work the following Monday, when I got up around 60mph, my whole car started to shake. I went back and was told that when they balanced my new tire, they noticed my rim was bent. When I originally picked up the car no one told me about the bent rim. With out even looking at it a second time, I was told the only option is to buy a new rim. I have just moved to the area and was hoping to find a reliable local place.

They are the biggest ripoff mechanics in the entire area! My girlfriend took her vehicle there after it was having intermittent issues starting. I was out of town at the time. According to this auto repair place, it only took them 10 minutes to determine that the problem was faulty leads to the battery. Their repair was to replace the leads as well as replace the battery, which they claimed was nearly dead. That's all well and good, assuming it's true about the battery life, but they ended up charging my girlfriend $485 for all of this!!! That's simply outrageous! When I got back
