I have been here twice, one thing has been consistent, while the other has not. Both times that I have been here, the service is subpar at best, the waitresses seem like you are an inconvenience for them, unless you are a ‘regular’, then their attitude changes pretty quick and they can be very friendly, but only to the regulars. This is one reason I stopped eating at Tiffany’s in Noble.
We received our food and the waitress informed us that they ran out of biscuits. My husband replied ‘That’s okay, I only wanted one biscuit anyway’. A different waitress that was clearing the table

I'll give 3 stars just because I didn't go there in person , so I will give them another chance. I ordered my food online. Very small portion, the hash browns and eggs had 0 seasoning. No salt or nothing. The hash browns were rubbery and the pancakes were too. This is why I hate eating out when I can make my own food a million times better. Thank God I have seasoning at home to give this meal some life. Oh and they only filled my orange juice up a Lil over half way. 🙄

When the term "Diner" is used this beautiful breakfast and lunch spot is a MUST! The daily specials are delicious but so is EVERYTHING on the menu. The staff is attentive and the service is incredible. Breakfast served throughout the dining hours as well as lunch. Who wouldn't want the Beef and Bean Burrito for breakfast

We decided to check out The Diner because we read Guy Fieri was here. OMG, it was a great decision! We had to wait outside for about 15 minutes to get a table. The waitress was really friendly and on top of things We took a chance and ordered the Chef's choice omelette. It was really good! And it came with THE best homemade biscuits we've ever had! We will definitely make a point of coming back when we are in the area.

If you haven't already eaten here it is a must do. Awesome little diner in downtown Norman. Every single employee here has an awesome attitude and are very friendly. The atmosphere and the food is out of this world. This has become a weekend brunch place for me and the wife. Everything I have eating here has been very tasty.

Really enjoyed this old diner set up. A lunch counter and a few booths. Wait staff was exceptional. We ordered breakfast. Lunch and breakfast could be ordered all day. I got the fried tamale breakfast, and my wife got the brisket hash. Egg on top of both, mine with potatoes, hers with toast. Both are really good. Potatoes were a tad cold, but still favorable. Cost us about 30 dollars, seemed most items were around 9. Our two were 13 and 10. Excellent all around. Gonna try some other items in the future . Casual place.

Perfect breakfast place. I've lived in Norman my whole life and have heard about this place for years. It's pretty small so any time I've tried to go it's been packed with a long line. The kids woke us up early so we figured this would be perfect timing. Went at 7:30ish and there were plenty of a tables open. It has a cute classic diner atmosphere. Restaurant was clean and all of the staff were wearing masks. The service was great and the waitstaff came by several times to make sure we were well taken care of.

I know The Diner is a Norman staple, but I was pretty underwhelmed at my breakfast. All the food was just okay. The hash browns were the best thing in my opinion, and my friend's tamale breakfast was pretty tasty. Maybe I should have ventured out and got something more exciting like the tamale. But, I love biscuits and gravy, so that is usually my go to when I visit a breakfast joint. The gravy here tasted like it was made from a mix and the biscuits seemed like they were mass produced elsewhere, so it was a big miss for me.

Good food , great atmosphere! I've wanted to go here forever , lived here all my life and my husband FINALLY took me and it didn't disappoint ! I liked the place myself , cozy with a small town feel . All the tables had a fresh flower and all the sauces you could think of on the end , Sriracha , Louisiana , Tabasco , Tabasco Verde , Ketchup , honey , syrup etc. Which is a big deal for a spicy sauce lover like me ! The food was delicious! The diner was quite small, so they had the capacity to seat only a few tables and hardly anyone at the bar stools. The wait staff was very kind and attentive. The entire staff was also following all CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 and all city ordinances for the city of Norman as well. All in all, my grandfather and I had a terrific experience!!! Would definitely return!!!

The Diner is the perfect place to go for a throw-down brunch! Just as the name alludes it is a cute little hole-in-the-wall diner with a countertop where you can see the cooks cooking. The food is AMAZING and definitely hearty! My favorite thing on the menu is the tamale plate with the homefries! It is super filling and has excellent flavor. They normally seat you quickly and the service is always great.

It's very small inside. So, don't come with a party larger than 4 people. They quite simply cannot accommodate you. it's pretty much 4-person booths only (and you're squeezing in to fit 4).
Food was very good. I had the Tamale Breakfast and it was very tasty. I'm not a big fan of tamales (they just taste like hot wet cornbread to me) but I still very much enjoyed the breakfast. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely give it a try!

Well I decided to go back and eat here again after the last we spotted a cockroach crawling up the wall back in 2018. Last two times I haven’t seen any so I’m glad. Already loved this little breakfast spot nice and cozy. Coffee is always good not to strong just a little sugar and boom perfect. Tamales with eggs n hash browns yummy biscuits n gravy is good just gravy needs a little salt for sure. I love the history knowing it over 100 years old and the previous owner one the Oklahoma chili cook off and it was featured on Triple D

I love The Diner. I haven't had anything bad. Everything is always perfectly cooked. I usually get two eggs over medium with bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit. Their biscuits are the only think that could use some improvement. I've also had the two eggs over tamales. Knocked it out of the park. The homemade chilli is spectacular.
The establishment is really tiny, but the customer service is always friendly. I'm a fan.

I like the historical look inside this place in downtown Norman but they need to clean!!!!! Absolutely filthy in there. Just look up at the ceilings when you're in there. Now the food was good. I enjoyed my chocolate chip pancakes. I just think they can do better and they can and starting by cleaning the place would help out a lot.

It is very small and you will wait outside if it's a wait. The place is that small. You also walk through the kitchen to get to the restroom. You see the cooks cutting fresh potatoes and everything. It was quite cool even though the restroom wasn't that great.
The portions are generous and the food is hearty and filling. If you're looking to eat "healthy" go somewhere else. You're sure to want a nap after you
