Circle Of Life Veterinary Clinic
To nurture the human / pet bond by working in partnership with the owner to ensure the highest quality of life through their entire journey together. It is our goal to provide exceptional medical treatment and preventative care, support and education, and compassionate hospice care. We are proud to serve your furry companions in New Britain, Castle Valley, Doylestown, Furlong, Fountainville, Chalfont, Briarwyck, Brittany and Warrington.

Many years ago I was very new to the field of veterinary support services, and my elderly pet, Miri - the surviving member of a pair who had been my first pets as an adult - developed seizures. Her sister Vivi had passed away some months ago, en route to the. The post For Pets, What is Hospice?
Services
We are a full-service veterinary clinic treating cats and dogs. We believe that good medicine is about more than just treating or preventing problems; it's about increasing quality of life, for your pet and for you.

That's why we offer behavioral consultation and training guidance (for cats as well as dogs!), why we emphasize good nutrition, and why we think humane and appropriate hospice care in your pet's last days is as important as starting out with the right pediatric vaccines. We also believe strongly in working in partnership with you, the owner (or "pet parent", if you prefer!).
The routine physical exam is one of the most important aspects of your pet's care, because it gives the doctor a baseline level of information about what's normal for your pet. This information is critical for everything from making sure we don't vaccinate your pet when he's sick, to being able to spot the early warning signs of serious illness, like cancer or hyperthyroidism.
Sometimes called a "Snap Test". This test includes testing for Heartworm, and some people still just refer to it as a "Heartworm Test". The 4Dx test is looking for four different problems - heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis. They take up residence in the heart or sometimes lungs, NOT the GI tract, so a fecal test won't detect heartworm (this confuses some people, since they know a fecal test looks for other sorts of worms).
So that we provide the right treatment; medication that kills mites won't eliminate yeast, medication for yeast may not handle bacteria, and bacteria-killing meds won't touch mites. While ear mite infestation or ear infection isn't typically life-threatening, mites can be extremely irritating, leading to scratching that may cause wounds and secondary infection, and infection can be very painful.
All newly adopted cats and kittens, cats who go outdoors, some ill cats depending on risk factors. FLV or FeLV stands for Feline Leukemia Virus. FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Some people call FIV "feline HIV" or "feline AIDS" - the viruses are very similar but not exactly the same, and people CANNOT catch FIV.

They are very accomodating and knowledgeable. Very reasonable also. The only complaint I have is the Dr. could be a little more personable such as asking how my pet was doing besides just giving him a quick shot and out the door.

Have always had a positive outcome whenever we have had either Lulu or Tinker to see Dr. Holland. She and her staff make you and your animals feel like family.

Countess Ada and I have been trusting Dr. Holland and her loving crew for about 3-4 years now. I found this location on a website dedicated to vets who WILL NOT declaw. This truly tells you they care about your loved ones, and not their pocket.

The nurse/receptionist/ and Dr were friendly, and answered all our questions. Making an appointment was very easy. The Dr was thorough, but did not overload us with information. She gave us some take home meds, and were so great with our pup. Giving the vaccine we were due for and nothing additional. Also our pup didn’t seem to even notice the shot, so that was a bonus. We will be going back again.

I can't thank Dr. Holland and her team enough! I woke up Saturday morning and there was something wrong with my cat's left eye. I called my vet and they said they were booked for at least the next two weeks. Shocked that my vet didn't have appointments on hold for sick pets I started calling every vet in my local area. Called about seven to ten vets and no one could see me for several days and several wouldn't see me at all because my cat wasn't a current patient. I went to the emergency vet and it was a five to six hour wait. Due to covid you wait in you car and it was 90 degrees so after an hour

My pack highly recommends Circle of Life Veterinary Care for all their health and nutritional needs. We met Dr. Holland when our dog Chase Mutley was choking on food lodged in his throat. She and her staff worked tirelessly to get his airway open for 45 minutes! We are forever grateful that they did not give up on Chase! Chase has diabetes, a thyroid problem and is blind in one eye. He had a few very bad experiences at another veterinary office in the area prior. That said, Chase and our other three dogs are always treated with love and kindness in a very professional atmosphere at Circle of Life
