When my dog Bailey was having trouble walking I took her to a vet in Quakertown and they X-ray her legs and said they were not broken it was just arthritis and she needed a life long pain management.
Luckily I got a second opinion and went to the New Britain clinic and the doctor took a quick blood sample and determined she had lime disease. She was treated with antibiotics. Bailey was running and playing again like a new dog after this.

I paid 1400 for my cat's surgery and all was well until they took out the stitches and it opened up, so I paid 600 to do another surgery, 3 follow up visits later, I was advised to do another surgery costing 1800 dollars to amputate her tail or youthinze her.
I wish I've just left her alone and neglected the injury because she went from 8lbs to 4

We’ve been taking our dogs here for a while and I’ve always been very happy. Most recently, while having my dog groomed, they discovered a tumor on him. Sadly, the tumor was malignant; luckily they caught it in time and it’s just stage 1. The surgical removal went seamlessly. I am always grateful everyone there is always on top of my pet’s health. Highly recommend!

First visit with our new puppy, the staff was nice and presentable. Dr.Anjali Bandakar (Vet) was very Condescending how she presented herself. Lacks professional proper instruction. She was Not thorough with the puppy exam. She is definitely not a good listener. She over talks over my concerns. She is more interested in pushing products to buy from her. Our puppy had his first vaccination. A few days later my puppy didn’t eat or drink normally for days and had diarrhea. I called the Dr.Anjali Bandakar (Vet) office and got a recorder to call another Vet with an incorrect number from her office

I am so happy with this veterinarian office. Every service I’ve ever needed was taken care of with such professionalism!! I wanted to mention that we just got our dog groomed yesterday. Our dog is a Mini Austrian Shepherd and is very hyper. The groomer Jessica did such a outstanding job I just can’t get over! He looks wonderful! So if you need your dog groomed or any other service make sure to come to this office!!

Dr. Bandekar and all of her employees are very professional, efficient, and compassionate. Our dog developed a severe allergy issue. Dr. B. put her on medication. I called back to say that the medication was not working, and that our dog was still suffering. We were extremely grateful that she offered to "squeeze us in", in between other scheduled appointments. We haven't finished giving our dog the higher dosage of meds, and although our dog is still bitting her legs a bit, her condition seems to be getting better. Very pleased with the New Britain Veterinary Clinic! I highly recommend this Veterinary

We love this vet!!! It stand out over all the rest! The place is extremely clean, smells good, and you never have to wait! This place is night and day from all the other vets! Dr. Bandekar takes her time, is compassionate, listens, and is very kind. We drove over 45 minutes just to see her when we lived in the area. When we move back in state, we will definitely return!

When our aged dog,Mutley had to be put down due to advanced age 15 and cancer the doctor and staff were so kind. Even came to the car to avoid added stress on the poor thing. We have since gotten another dog, Little Guy who is timid due to abused past and the are so great with him. My cat while not happy to visit is not terrified either. Animal whisperers.

I have family members who take their pets to this vet and they recommended I take my cat here. He was limping this morning so I called as soon as they opened and they were able to see him this morning. Dr. Bandekar examined him but did not xray him as she knew it wasn't necessary- most vets unfortunately would have! She is very knowledgeable and… honest. She took great care of my cat and he will be back on his feet in no time. Everyone who works there is compassionate and genuinely cares about your pet. They also have VERY reasonable prices.
