At Joyful Kids, here is what we mean by C.A.R.E.: Our program is created for both native English speaking children and children whose primary language is Mandarin Chinese. I had a VERY similar experience with the "director" Laurie. as Mike Shen did. She even called the police on me stating I threatened her when I never did. When the police asked her for proof she had none. she even stated that I was harassing her and called her 19 times! again the Police officer asked her for proof. and she could not provide it. When I showed him my cell phone bill and the emails exchanged along with her voicemail he stated to not even worry about it as he has heard this before from two other parents as well! I guess this makes 4 false accusations and this lady needs to be FIRED

I wanted to share my experience that I had in working with the director - Lorie to get my daughter enrolled for pre-school. Unfortunately, this experience proved to be one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Lorie may be nice when you talk to her in person but when speaking to her on the phone she often and frequently is rude, arrogant and argumentative. Especially when trying to ask clarifying questions. What I find most concerning and troubling was that she never returned any of my phone calls. I left several voice messages and never once got a return call.

Both my husband and I love Joyful Kids; and my son truly enjoys the time here. We would like to share more about our appreciation for the wonderful program, director (Ms. Lorie), and teachers.
- Language Explore. One of the reasons we choose Joyful Kids is exposing our son to more Mandarin Chinese outside of our house (my husband speaks English and I speak Chinese to our son).
