Be very careful with dealing with this business establishment. Provided deposit and app fee up front to hold the location and did not receive the application until 5 days later. I had called, text and emailed over the course of time. No one should have to chase down the realtor for an app. I do not conduct business like this nor should others you do business with should. I placed stop pay on both checks. Im certain after speaking with others in the community that I saved my time from a unreliable realtor.

Never will I recommend living in his properties the man wants his rent but can’t fix anything wrong with appliances or the AC I’m so glad I did my 1 year and left as soon as I could but it’s sad to see a family member of mine have to live in one of his duplexes and not have AC in this 90 degree heat with his 1 year old son because Paul can’t live up to his land lord duties!

If I could put no stars I would. Paul Garrett in my opinion is a crook and a slum Lord he broke his part of our lease by not repairing appliances after numerous phone calls and emails in regard to repairs. We continue to pay our rent even though he broke the lease also had BED BUGS in our unit! We left two months early and notified him we were leaving and then two months later he contacts us wanting rent, late fees, and charges that I have never heard of. Yes there were some damages and cleaning that we left them but our deposit should cover that now he has put bad marks on our credit which is

For those looking at moving- if you are trying to move anywhere and the landlord is a Paul Garrett- DO NOT move there. Regan and I were going to move into one of his properties and he never informed us if our application had been approved-but he decided to deposit our $540 security deposit anyway. When we advised him we would not be moving there, he said we still owed $260 for the last 1/3rd of the deposit but he was willing to overlook it. I informed him that his application advised we would be refunded but he advised it did not. I ended up having to contact legal services at Tech (thankfully

Wish I could give 0 stars. WORST landlord I've ever dealt with. He made it so difficult to live in the property. His wife was actually very pleasant to speak to and very helpful but she was hardly there. He never gave us correct information and always had a sarcastic remark no matter how nice I tried to be. We had numerous issues with the house and he would not come out until he was ready. The "emergency line" is a joke. Not once did I ever receive a call back after leaving my name and phone number. Water heater was out of date, took two days to replace and we were without water during that time

This MAN deserves a NEGATIVE 100!!! HORRIABLE! My family was left from Dec-March ( when I finally moved) with NO GAS! because a leak in the house. So through December's 2015 winter storm and no HOT WATER!!! WE asked for repairs to be made and nothing! He did bring a small radiator heater the day before the storm hit at Christmas. Nothing else not even contact had been made! He knew of this, and sent a plumber and was told about the leak. NOTHING EVER GOT DONE ABOUT IT! However he did have the gumption to request rent and tell my husband the gas was irrelevant! After 2 months of paying rent

I would give zero stars if I had the option. The absolute worst landlord I have ever met. He is extremely rude and sarcastic when answering questions. He is constantly violating Texas Property Code (hires "handy men" who aren't licensed through the state, he refused to replace my front door dead bolt, and don't get me started on the electrical and plumbing issues.) It is painfully obvious this property manager doesn't care about tenants but rather money.
