This is our second time to go through the "find us a new house and sell our old one" with Dan. Very responsive to texts, calls and emails. If the house you want is out there, Dan will find it for you. As far as selling your house, our last home was sold on the first day of listing. He makes the process easy. Unclear about the quality of other agents at this brokerage but my experience with Jeff Gilliam, has been rude, horrifying and deeply unprofessional. I reached out to him because he was recommended to me by someone I know (needless to say, both our business will be going else where from this point forward). I introduced myself as a potential buyer, interested in purchasing an investment property. I had asked him to provide some more details about working together and he LITERALLY sent back a BITMOJI man tossing away a piece of paper which said NAH. Dan and his team are truly the best. We came to him last fall with no idea on how to get a mortgage, how much house we could afford, or even what neighborhood we wanted. My husband and I bought our first house in January through Dan and he still answers any home-owning questions we have!! It's amazing to have a realtor who really cares and wants to find you the best home on the market for your money. We had some plumbing issues right after we closed and Dan was right there with advice and recommendations. I cannot put a price tag on the knowledge and peace of mind Dan gave us throughout the home
