Moved into a new rental house in Canyon Country, CA. Hottest day of the year and the downstairs AC didn't work. Had no idea when we moved in. 90 degrees in the house. The upstairs AC unit even froze over because it was working extra hard due to the downstairs AC being completely out. So, that AC unit became useless as well (we didn't know any of this yet by the way). Our leasing company sent a couple vendors to choose from. I never recommend HVAC people. I haven't yet hit one that I thought was fair, did the job, didn't overcharge and didn't leave me feeling at least slightly ripped off. Until now. Good service, actually ended up less than they initially quoted, quick, on time. Super satisfied and I would definitely use them again.
