There is no one that wants to be involved in a W/C process, surgery and/or litigation. If you find yourself there, make the best of your situation by having the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive attorney in the business; Marshall Adler. It was long (20 months), uncomfortable (C5-C7 fusion) and unfamiliar (lawyers) but tolerable with Marshall's guidance. Skip the "Billboard Firms" and simply hire the best....you won't be sorry.

From the moment I sat down in Mr. Adlers office I knew that I was going to be well represented. When we sat down he explained the entire process and knew exactly what the employer and insurance company was going to do long before they did it. He went right at the insurance company and fought for everything in my case. When issues came up he was always there to answer my questions. If I ever needed to use a comp attorney again I wouldn't hesitate to call and will highly recommend him to anyone needing his services!

I highly recommend Attorney Marshall Adler for your workers comp needs. My case went pretty smooth despite the complexity of my injuries. He and his assistant were very tentative to all my questions and concerns throughout my entire case. Mr. Adler is wonderful!! He cares about the people he is representing and always has time to talk with you for whatever you may need. He will take your calls whenever he is in the office and when he isn't he will always return your call ASAP. His legal assistant Liz is wonderful too. She is friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a workers comp lawyer. They did a great job for me and my case and I hold them in very high regard.

Mr. Adler is one of a kind, he is wonderful. When my husband got injured at work we were referred to Mr. Adler. Not only did the case take over a year but he was with us every step of the way. So patient when I would call and ask a million questions. Liz is the best paralegal anyone could ask for, she kind and always answers the phone and if she don't she will call you right back.
