Dr. Rios cares for her patience, but the staff is horribly unorganized, no continuity and poor communication. I am seeking a new a new dorctor.

Noting but amazing things to say about this office. Receptionist is fantastic and so personable. The nurses take their time and really listen to you. I love that Dr. Rios takes her time to really listen and cares about what is going on. She treats you as a whole and not just a symptom. She really wants to help you get to the root of the issue you might be having. I couldn't imagine putting my medical care in the hands of anyone else.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rios for awhile now. She has been extremely kind and understanding about my concerns I have. She has taken all the right steps and measures to order tests when I’m not feeling myself. I’m 27 and this is the first office I’ve ever felt comfortable at. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Rios is an amazing doctor! Her compassion and genuine interest in her patients and their medical care is apparent the moment she walks into the exam room. Her exceptional level of care does not just stop at her patients, but she takes the time to ask how your family is doing. You will never be treated like you just a number. She is always current on new and changing medical news and does a great job of keeping her patients informed. Omaha is lucky to have a doctor as truly WONDERFUL as Dr. Rios!!

Great Doctor, horrible staff. Staff is rude and snippy. After not being seen for quite some time, I made a call to make an appointment. They took my information and said they would call me back. They called and refused to take me on as a client. She was really rude about it and wouldn't give me a reason. When I asked for a reference to another doctor, she told me to find one myself. So much for patient centered care.
