Kalyan was a great attorney for a period of time. I started my own company and needed a reliable attorney who could help me and wouldn't take advantage of me.
However, came a point in time when I asked him to review a letter of intent. I was expecting a brief review and a summarized write up of points that I could discuss with him and have him rewrite certain things.
To my surprise, Kalyan burned through my entire $2500 retainer and billed me for an additional $1K+. I was absolutely shocked. Over $3500 for something that I was expecting to cost under $1000.

Kalyan is the real deal. I live in NY and was sued by a predatory lender in California. The best up and coming business lawyer you can meet! He is not your corporate lawyer that will swindle you for money but a common man that will help you succeed in your small business.
