Had a drain issue and without taking anything apart or inspecting the pipes,other than looking at them, the employee they sent said they'd have to run all new piping. Had a second opinion and what they quoted me at over 1,500 ended up only costing $85. Because it only needed a simple cleaning. Had other issues also but reached out to the owner to make him aware. Completely blew them off and accused me of lying. Many better options out there.

Had extreme cold temperatures and my pipes froze even though the area was heated. I had zero water in the whole house. I called Palmerio Plumbing and Joe came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed where the problem was and water was on within 20 minutes of his arrival. Cost was very reasonable for an emergency call. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I knew Joe from a large project he did at his prior job. I decided to reach out when I needed some work, knowing that he had his own business. Joe has been both responsive, fast and communicates problems and solutions clearly. Compared to others on the main line, I also consider his prices competitive and fair. He will complete the work on time and as promised with a team of professionals. This is inconsistent with the general tendency of main line contractors to over charge. I will call Joe back for future plumbing needs.
