Run away! I took my car here because my check engine light was on and I had an issue with the exhaust so I could not pass inspection but the car was driving fine. They charged me $104.40 diagnostics fee just to tell me that I needed a whole new exhaust system to include a catalytic converter. They quoted me thousands of dollars to do the repair , or , offered that I could bring in my title, give them my car, and they would waive the $104.40 diagnostic fee. I could not afford the repair and since the car was driving fine before I brought it in to them (and they didn't tell me anything otherwise

Took it to this business for an inspection before heading out did an inspection of my own on the car seeing That I worked as a tech in another shop wipers were fine and car was in good running order get it back they ripped my wiper blade and broke a lug nut and then said it came to us like that and failed it for loose bushing and fog lights which aren’t even required then the kicker they told me are you waiting or dropping off then when answering waiting told me they couldn’t do it but when I said okay then I’ll drop it off they said oh then we can squeeze you in should have just gone to

The truck is a 2008 Honda Ridgeline with 127K miles. I had been having slight issues with strange noises under the hood and suspension for several months. Chris wrote up the order looked at the on-line history of repairs that I provided them and with his tech staff called me later that day with the diagnostics. Parts were available so in a day and a half I was back driving it. According to Chris it should last another 100K miles.

I own a local plumbing business with my wife. Our service van was experiencing some air-conditioning issues. I gave it a try myself and it ended up making it worse. I scheduled an appointment which was quick and easy. I brought the van in at 8 AM in by 9:30 AM repairs were completed and ready to go. I thought that I needed significant repairs and it turned out that I overcharge the system. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end thank you to the team at integrity

I just had my car in for service as I will be traveling up North soon to help with a move. I called on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they confirmed they could get me in the morning of Black Friday and even offered to drive me home if I didn't want to wait. My husband came to pick me up and my car was ready in just over an hour.
They did an oil change, fluid check, tire rotation and state inspection. Out the door my cost was under 150 and to me that's a huge value.
Speedy quality service is hard to find and even more so this year, 2020 is just horrible. Glad to see this business thriving and

Update: Went in for second visit to this shop - brake flush and state inspection. Very friendly and courteous. Work done at a fair price. Recommended.
Went in for a state inspection. Never been to the shop before, but we were favorably impressed. We will definitely give them a go the next time one of our vehicles need service.
