I selected this business because they said they could turn my vehicle around by Thursday. They said it would be no issue and can get it done. (Starter replacement, oil change, inspection) The only time this shop contacted me was to tell me it was ready. They never came to me with an estimate, they never told me when they pulled my vehicle in, nothing. This company provided me with zero communication, which in my opinion, is crucial in the automotive industry. If I didn’t have the money to replace or fix an issue, they’d just slap it all on and charge me. They didn’t even get my vehicle into

Know I know why they chose the name Integrity Automotive as Integrity they have. I am very particular about most facets of my life and my classic car was in amazing hands when replacing my single exhaust to a dual exhaust. The outstanding service continues even for a simple oil change. My car has over 290,000 miles and another shop told me I had a major oil leak that required extensive costly repairs. Keith’s mechanics examined my car 🚗 and found no such oil leak. The explanation for the loss of oil was due to the car’s age. Keith suggested checking the oil level every time I fill up the gas and keeping a few quarts of oil at home to top off the engine when needed.

I took my car in for its annual State Inspection and had an oil change at the same time. The lady at reception is a very pleasant person and knowledgeable about what the different services entail. My car was completed in reasonable time and is running great. The A/C needed some extra freeon and is cooling nicely now. Thank you Integrity Motors for the good job!

Absolutely love this place and all the employees! And even the owner is spectacular!! Good quality work as well! Very reasonable prices and you never have to worry about getting screwed over here! Hard to trust places but this is a trustworthy business! I greatly appreciate being treated with more decency, respect, kindness and understanding than the usual. You aren’t treated like a “number “ here and they actually seem to care. Definitely recommend! Will be coming back in the future! Thanks for the wonderful service and good quality employees/Owner!

I’m a girl so I feel as if some mechanics and shops tend to take advantage of my lack of knowledge reference vehicles and service. Integrity automotive is the first shop where I have never had to worry about whether or not I can truly trust their judgment. I completely trust them and I will never take my car anywhere else. I had a fantastic experience with Integrity Auto! My fuel pump went out while driving through VA on a Sunday night. Had my truck towed to Integrity and the morning they were able to diagnose it and immediately began working on it to send me on my way that same day. They have very competitive prices and went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Thank you to everyone at Integrity Auto. I recommend them 110%
