I got my hair done by Jennifer Lucero, instagram handle @_licensedtocreate_ and it was a terrible experience. I requested a full foil, and asked that she focus more on the front. I was charged $280 (plus a $50 tip), and left with a blotchy, weird looking pattern in my hair. She also didn't even fully blowdry my hair, let alone style it. I left with damp hair.
One side looks more blonde than the other, and there is a huge chunk that looks like it didn't get foiled at all, right in the front. Then there are spots where there is a hard line because she didn't foil all the way up.
