Helena does amazing work, the salon is always decorated so cute! They are very professional and she will always make sure to give her honest opinion. Helena is always on time and schedules you perfectly for what you need done. They have tons of products and candles that smell amazing! Reusable shopping bags, head bands lotions.

Helena is absolutely amazing. She does my entire family's hair and I don't trust anyone else with our care. She is flexible, affordable, and always makes sure that we're comfortable and cared for. I feel like a part of her family when I come into the salon. Thank you to Helena and Theresa for a very clean and very relaxing atmosphere.

I was so blessed to hear about Shimmer Salon. I was having a green hair crisis from a self box dye. It was a mess and I thought my hair was not fixable. She calmed my fears and helped me nurse my hair back to life!! Helena truly saved my hair and self esteem!! She has been doing my hair for a year and a half now. I never plan on going anywhere else! I love Shimmer Salon & Spa. Helena is so professional, friendly and I love that she helps educate me on how to best take care of my hair. The salon has such a relaxing, spa-like vibe which makes getting my hair done a treat! My daughter has gotten some beautiful hair coloring by Helena too! So impressed at her knowledge of hair care. I highly recommend her.

I found Helena via her Facebook page after a long search for a new stylist. Her before and after photos had me feeling hopeful but as with any change in stylists, I was nervous. After my very first visit I knew her photos don't lie and I had found the best stylist in town! I've had cuts, colors and treatments and have always left more pleased than the time before- she just gets it right... every time!
Aside from her talent with hair, Helena is very knowledgeable when it comes to products. She takes the time to really explain what she is using and why- I've been very happy with the items I've purchased
