Came here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! I got a 15 min chair massage ($20) but was quickly upsold to the 20 min version ($25) by the lady rubbing my back. Im a pushover - but hey, it was a solid massage!
This was a DEEP tissue massage and definitely hurt, but I felt like I got my money's worth. Place feels clean and comfortable. It felt empty when I entered but was given a very brief tour on my way to the massage chair and saw people in the back rooms. They quickly called another person to do my massage and we started within 5 minutes. Will definitely come back!

This place is open for business but I’ll never return. I stopped by on 11/14/21 I don’t know why they say temporarily closed on google maps they must be scamming for that PPP money. First the stubborn lady tried to make me pay cash when they clearly advertise that they accept visa,discover, etc...Then she tried to charge my card a 10$ tip on top of the massage price without asking me at all but I saw her put it in and stopped her before she could process it and then the lady got mad because I told her that wasn’t right and that I would not be tipping because I felt they were trying to take

Been needed a massage and show Pure at Del Amo Mall and decided to check them out. It was the best decision ever made. For such a reasonable price I felt as if I was at one of those high price spas. Kind and friendly people here. They accept walk-in but I would recommend calling ahead of time and book an appointment. They offer Chair Massage, Foot Reflexology, Table Massage & Combinations. So if you are looking for an awesome and relaxing massage, I recommend Pure Foot Spa & Massage.

REVIEW FOR JERRY AT LAKEWOOD MALL: this guy is a master. I had major neck and shoulder stress. He released a lot of it and hit all the right spots. He was able to get the top of my back loosened up. He charged $30 for 30 minutes, a very fair price. I tipped him well because he did such a good job. Not bad for a random mall trip on a Tuesday night!

I asked for the 40 min, 20 back 20 feet, but after 40 min of the back they were very insistent to stay the hour to finish the feet, but besides that the back massage gave me a fat headache and the foot massage left my feet hurting. And then at checkout he made my tip more expensive because mine was too low, tho I did not want to tip at all leaving more tense than when I came in

The worker Annie, had told me she would give me a free massage try, then after 3 minutes she forcefully charged me $25 after, which i didn't even receive 20 minutes of massage time, It was about 10 minutes, and then she begged for a tip at the end, saying that the money isn't for her it's for her boss and she needs a tip, I brought my friend with me as well, and the male worker there put his hands on my friend when she said no already to getting a service done, it was very unprofessional and very grimey service.

I had getting a massage on my to-do list this weekend. I was at the mall anyway and figured, why not? The two people standing outside were incredibly aggressive and started TOUCHING ME and guiding myself and my friend into the massage shop even when I'd already said I was going to get a massage. Unnecessary and I should have listened to my gut feeling. Went inside and to be fair, the massage felt good. Unfortunately my massage was interrupted 3 times within the first 10 minutes to reel the next customer in. The massage therapist left me on the table to go massage someone else's shoulders

They're very aggressive about getting you into a chair or service, but after a long day of holiday prep and shopping, my nerves were whittled down and a massage sounded good. I sat down for the free sample to test drive their service and have regretted it for five days now. The masseur only worked on one shoulder and tried to charge me for the other side, predictably. That was enough to put me off, especially since the massage felt amateur and a little rough. This is for their DC location. The massage wasn't worth tipping 20%, but the lady who checked me out refused to accept anything less than that. She voided my manual input of the tip and told me I either leave 20%, 22% or 25%. She held onto my card until I changed my tip and I questioned her as to why she voided my first input. She just kept repeating herself about how much I should leave. Do yourself a favor and go to another location in Tyson's Corner Center. No one deserves to have their card held hostage and be told how much tip they should leave. Disgraceful and will NEVER go back

This is the best spa store I have been. I like this store's style, the light makes me relax and comfortable, the reciption is welcomed. I mean the whole environment just cozy. The lady who served me is really polite and carefull. She always ask me first when she perform the service and often ask about my feelings. Their store is really clean and tidy, their towel and bed are new. All in all, I am satisfied with this store and I will go back. I will take my friends there, I think they would like the store too!

This spa is the definition of relaxation! I went here and was very warmly greeted which left an everlasting first impression. Upon going into the back for my massage the atmosphere was of pure tranquility and the purple hues added to the calm demeanor . The massage itself was light and aggressive at the same time making me go into a state of bliss. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

If you want to be constantly nagged about getting a massage come to this place. After repeated times of saying no, both employees do not understand the meaning of no. They made weird sounds to get me to come over as they're in a isolated part of the mall. I came over and they we're getting free samples. I said I wasn't interested very nicely and continued to walk away they kept saying they wanted to give a free sample. I said no, I'm not interested.
