Eric was awesome! He didn’t go too hard or too soft, the pressure he used was just perfect! As a healthcare professional, I appreciate his knowledge on anatomy.
I was having some shoulder issues and hamstring issues. It’s a chronic condition but Eric made me feel 100% better!

I've been introduced to Eric through his wife whom I was training for about a year. I have always dealt with a rotator cuff injury that's been plaging me for the last few years. Due to this, I have limited range of motion/restrictions in my exercise routine. I went to him and felt incredible! I don't think there is a way Eric could mess up your session. He listens to you and your body. Very professional and knowledgeable. I took advantage of the 20dlls off for first timers and I gotta say it was a great deal. I've been to places where yes, you pay for a shower and sauna and what not, but I didn't mind spending what I did for the service I got.

I chose Eric because he had good reviews and his background fit my therapy needs, and he was close to where I live. I am a runner and his understanding of common tension areas for runners as well as his professionalism and listening to my needs were spot on! It was just what I needed and I booked several more sessions on the spot - and for my husband too, who suffers from neck & shoulder tension from work.

I first met Eric Smith through my business networking group, South Bay BNI. I decided to use his services after dealing with tension headaches for a good one to two weeks. I must say, Eric is very gifted! He was able to get in there and release all the tension in my neck and shoulders. I really like the flexibility and professionalism that Eric gives. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then concentrates on those area(s). Not only does he give a great massage, but he also gives some great health tips as well. His prices are more than reasonable, I paid for a 45 minutes massage and he worked on me for just over an hour. He wanted to make sure he got all of my problem areas.
Eric is about giving a quality massage, he doesn't rush and is very thorough. I love the fact that I can go to his studio or he is willing to travel to my home or business.
