GENESIS that works out front is AWESOME!!! Very good at her job, you should have 100 of her working here!! Great experience with HER! When we came in previously, I have to say….dealing with the staff in the back….different story…. there was a dismissive attitude that we felt!! Terrible “bedside manner”.

Do NOT bring your scared children here. my daughter has severe anxiety and at our first appointment, I was able to go back with her but NOT at the second appointment.. the hygienist was rude to my daughter... asking her "why are you even scared" um well because she's 7. I don't know many kids that aren't scared at the dentist. The VERY nice secretary was trying to make an exception but the other staff was not budging. just very confused why I was allowed back with her the first time. also very confused what I would do when bringing my toddler since "ALL her children go back without their parents

Brought my daughter to see Dr. Sam and asst. Paula today and they were amazing! So gentle with her for her first fillings. She hates needles and had anxiety but they made her so relaxed and she didn’t feel anything. The office is very pretty and very modern interior and technology. Genesis oh the phone is always so sweet too!! I absolutely recommend to anyone any age!

The expect you to cancel any appointment with them 2 day in advance, but they can't do the same courtesy for you. They canceled my sons appointment which was on the same day of his appointment. My son hasn't had a cleaning since the beginning of COVID and is due!. I am requesting for something to be done! He works the latest until 4pm. They should really accommodate for the him now! He can't afford to take anymore time off! I really hope they don't push his re-scheduled appointment 2 months back.
