I am not quite sure what is deemed as a suite, but definitely not this place. The rooms are remodeled, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on with all the rooms surrounding you and good luck if you are downstairs because the upstairs feels like it is falling on top of you every time someone walks. The manager at the front is a not guy who speaks to customers very rudely. I will never under any circumstance stay at this "motel."

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE! The pics look ok online but it is worse than a motel 6 and over priced! The room was dirty when we got there, & sheets were itchy. They do not do room cleaning everyday it was only done on day 1 because asked to have our sheets changed and that we needed more towels.
Shower took 20 mins to warm up even then it was still cold. Shower curtain was ripped and dirty looking.

Staff was attentive the room right above the office ,201 was very spacious and clean. We stayed there for 4 nights. Problem is there is no room service so you basically have to throw out your own trash grab new towels each morning, make your own bed, sweep and mop your own floor. With 3 kiddos that's alot of work especially being at Disneyland all day everyday we stayed. If you are staying more than one night I do not recommend staying there.

Love this hotel! The office manager Oscar is very friendly and always remembers us on many crazy Disney trips. This is always my go to. Easy walking distance to downtown Disney entrance. Affordable and clean. Never had an issue when needing extra towels or toilet paper. I feel safe leaving my vehicle while we go to parks. I'll continue coming!

If you need a cheap place to stay for your trip to Disneyland then this was an iPad spot that did the job. But when I arrived they took down my families names "in case of an emergency," didn't have toilet paper stocked in the bathroom, forget my towels when I called and asked for them twice and there were two guys waiting for my to leave me parking so they could spray down the building... maybe I shouldn't choose a Monday-Wednesday stay next time....

I would never stay here again. Yes it's very close to Disneyland, walking distance but it doesn't make up for how horrible the beds are, how thin the walls are and you can hear every time someone comes stomping up the stairs, there are no quiet hours so we heard people shouting outside our room until like 2 or 3am, and cars are constantly zooming past early in the morning on the street which woke me from my sleep. Parking is very small and minimal for its guests and seems sketchy. Do not waste your money staying here.

I have a two night stay. At 10am on a Saturday there is the loudest gardener working on the property. I was abruptly waken out of my sleep. This place also charges $15 per car per day for parking. There's other hotels that include parking. Won't be staying here anymore I can not believe I've been woken up by a gardener right outside my window. It's Saturday people are on vacation that is so unprofessional. I know it needs to be done but I'm sure there's a slower day of the week. The room that says one bedroom family suite is also just one single room, very misleading

Do Not stay here!!! Dirty!! And smelly rooms . They do not clean the rooms . Floors were dirty, toilet seat was dirty. Checked out of the room the next day and booked in a different hotel. Went into the front desk to check out as i was checking out I see a huge rat running around . Stay away and save your money.

We were very disappointed in the hotel. The smell in our room was terrible. Like a sewer smell. We were able to close the bathroom and keep it out because we just wanted to get to bed and not change rooms. The dispensers in the shower were empty, so we had nothing to use but the bar soap and no shampoo. For sure won't be returning here.

Desperately ready to get out of Vegas for the weekend I randomly stayed here this past Halloween night. We've been coming to the Anaheim area for over 20 years. It sucks all the parks are closed however it was so nice to be able to see them, even if it was from the outside. The motel is nice. Staff was personable and professional and the accommodations were decent. Whomever remolded this place did a good job! I was very impressed with styling! There were some minor issues, Firstly cleanliness. Vinal flooring had dirt, hair, and some glitter around. Not a big deal but it's a little disconcerting

Booked on Travelocity. A week before arriving, Travelocity's site asked if I wanted to upgrade from two queens to a king for $20 more so paid for it.
At arrival, the King room smelled like an ashtray, even though the property is non-smoking. The manager went with me to verify and apologized saying the cleaning crew must have missed it. Since that was their only king available he moved us into a two queen room.
On checkout, asked for the $20 refund since no king room was available. The manager said since I booked online I would have to take it up with Travelocity. Contacted Travelocity, they

Worst experience ever bugs in the shower blankets were awful didn’t keep me warm at all my baby was curled in a fetal position all night long because he couldn’t stay warm.... looked out our bedroom window to a dirty mattress just laying in the dirt in the back of the hotel.... when we complained about the bugs they said oh I’m sorry why didn’t u ask move.... it was 4 in the morning why would I wake my babies and move all my things at 4 in the morning.... then we are driving away literally the manager comes running after us telling us hell fedund our $7 resort fee 👍

If I could personally give this place a 0, I would. Although I stayed here a couple of years ago for grad nite and had a good experience, this visit was something different. My family wanted a hotel close to the Disneyland Park, so I suggested Eden Roc. At first glance the hotel looks very clean & professional. We stayed there for 2 nights & much to our surprise, after waking up for Disney we noticed a bunch of bites on my brother in law and 2 year old nephew’s legs & arms.We were in a rush to the park when we found them & hoped that it wouldn’t get worse. Super blown away and impressed by how nice the room is and how great the customer service was!
Emmanuel helped us check in and he was super flexible in giving us a little more time to keep our car parked at the inn (only for a few more hours). Great attitude and amazing customer service. After a long day at Disney and being a bit cranky, his positive attitude was just what I needed. He really made me feel like we were being taken care of, so many thanks to him.
The room looks freshly renovated and was super clean. Good sized flat screen TV, some furniture, good lighting and a good sized bathroom
