Carol…or Christmas Carol as she referred to herself…very corny; was rude, tacky and unprofessional. Made fun of/insulted my hair the whole time I was in her chair. She did a quick cut, rough dry, no styling afterward and charged full price. Way over priced for the hole they work in. After the poor treatment and leaving me feeling worse about my hair than I did before coming in, she pushed a $30 product on me. If you’re looking for a stylist with zero class and even less talent go see ‘Christmas Carol’ at Hair XPressions. They are perfectly located.

Carol is the worst person in the salon if you’re gonna go go to lisa, she was incredibly rude to us the whole time and insulted me and my friend multiple times, didn’t wash my hair correctly, didn’t brush my hair correctly which ripped out a ton of my hair and pulled on my head so much i had a headache. she cut my hair when it was still tangled and told me what i wanted wouldn’t look good on me and i showed her a picture which she said she could do and obviously could not ( my hair looks nothing like the picture) she then pulled on my hair even more while blow drying my hair and kept insulting

I saw Carol for highlights and supposedly lowlights and haircut. Her technique for foiling was absolutely terrible.. she didn’t actually have a technique, probably never took another course after attending cosmology school. My hair’s highlights are uneven, too light and the low lights turned muddy because she didn’t add a low light with gold in it to combat the effects of placing the lowlight on an already light piece..

When I said it looks too dark she spoke to her boss in their native tongue and took me over to the sink.. she then used bleach and shampoo to try and

Terrible experience! Basically I asked Lisa for highlights and low lights and she turned my hair orange! Right before my birthday party, I’m glad I have myself 2 weeks prior because she really messed up my hair. Don’t go here….Lisa did a horrific job and then said she could fix it but that was a lie….then she would not refund my money. I told her she could keep 30% tip, but I needed to go somewhere else and she still refused.
If you like orange hair…call Lisa! Otherwise save your $200!!!!
I literally cried it was bad and she was so rude about it!

Really awful highlighting. Both of my daughters have poor blends, dark roots and streaks. Salon offered nothing but excuses. Won’t go back.

I was looking for a stylist who could do textured hair. I didn't get my hair done but I loved Ross' honest feed back about the limits to her talent. She didn't lie just to make a buck and butcher my hair (this has happened before with a different salon)
