So I just moved to NOVA from CT. So as you can imagine I am looking for many new services. One being a reliable and reputable barber. I did some research and Usta came up with very good reviews. Couldn't find a bad one. While the shop is not close to where i live its about a 20 minute drive. I decided to give them a try. And i am glad i did. The shop is in a mall. Its by appointment only. This was my second time and both times I did not have to wait. The cut is impeccable the barber is a professional who makes sure he has looked at all your needs. It's something when you can get a barber

I called for an appointment the same day, came a little early and was accommodating allowing me to get my haircut a little early. Very detail oriented, straight blade on the edges, scissors on the top, and shampoo wash after. Very nice and gave me the haircut I asked for. Definitely returning every 2 weeks.

I visited this shop on Sunday, September 27, 2020 with a friend at around 3pm. I didn't realize this shop started taking appointments only, so I had to schedule an appointment the following day. However, when we were about to leave the mall to Macy's, the barber decided to squeeze us both in that day but at a later time (near closing). So we gladly accepted.

The shop was clean and the barber sanitized the chair before my cut. Haircut was pretty quick and got a nice shampoo wash after. The barber was very accommodating and made sure the length was what I wanted. I was very satisfied

Cetin is the man, I've cut my hair at so many places throughout my life. 40 dollar haircuts at fancy salons pale in comparison to how skilled Cetin is. He is quite soft spoken, not much of a chatter. I dont mind though, the haircut is what I'm after. Best barber ever!

Don't waste your time here. I just walked in to the shop and there were no customers. I saw 2 barbers. None of them came to greet me at the front and they just looked at me so I turned around and walked out. Take your $$ elsewhere.

A simple "hello I'll be right with you" would have sufficed. You obviously did not need my business so I went to The Barber of Seville. Got excellent service there. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. And to correct your response, there was ZERO interaction with you.

Not impressed, cut my bangs too short when I told him repeatedly what I wanted. Tough because it was nice because it's convenient in the mall to do things after the cut. My barber is in Falls church so it's hard to make the drive sometimes, I've looking around Fairfax I've tried Vienna's barbers, Andy's, the barber shop, and none of them are impressive. Having said that I am very discerning when it comes to barbers, I've been to many in my life time and most don't cut it.

I brought both of my sons here. One 13 and one 10. My 13 year old hates haircuts. He has never had one he liked. He loves this one. This will be our go to barber for them. They both look great and my 13 yr old totally loves his new look.

Update: we all still come here a year later and he also cuts both my sons' hair. He does a fantastic job and he's so fast!! So my baby gets a quality haircut before he gets antsy (6-8 min) is how long it took Cetin to cut my baby's hair.

Also, Kids cut is $17!

Usta is a warm and family friendly barber shop. Cetin the owner is also a barber and greets each person individually. He is hardworking and excellent at his craft. His haircuts are fantastic and reasonably priced too so I recommend them strongly.

Cetin is the best. For the haircut and beard trim his prices are really fair. But it's not really about the cost it's about the quality. He takes his time and really make sure you're happy with what you're getting. This is going to be my new spot.

This is a real barber - and there is a lot of experience here for an excellent price. They can taper and fade correctly, shave, etc. Highly recommended.

Usta Barbershop is fantastic. I was floored with the pricing and quality of work when it came to beard trimming and shaping. The man working there is very pilot and has a talent for this stuff. The barber who cut my hair was great! I had my hair cut by another barber on Sunday. Four days later I was not satisfied. I went into Usta Barber and the barber cut my hair to a much shorter and better style. High recommendation, thumbs up.
