Joy and Leland Earls did an excellent job selling two houses for us. One way they excel is by paying for daily advertisement in the local newspaper on top of social media. They work hard to provide you with the info you need to make the best decision and get you the most money for your home. Leland even helped me move some furniture. Above and beyond! Two thumbs up! :)

If I was able to give Mark and Joy Earls No stars I would they deserves no stars. Mark and Joy Earls rented a house to my family and I 3and 1/2 years ago. During that time I was told I was the best tenant and they greatly appreciated all the work and upkeep we did on their property.
However things changed drastically when we gave our notice that we were moving into our own home. After we moved out Mark and I made an agreement of a few minor issues that were going to remedied prior to the return of our security deposit. After a few weeks of no response I called and was told of a whole laundry list

Joy and Leland are a great team. They were responsive, prompt and thoughtful. It seemed they really cared about our long term comfort and happiness when my wife and I purchased our first home. Leland took the time to walk us through the paperwork step by step, and was very patient with all our questions.
